A1 Plumbing did a great job and was very professional. I signed up online for a quote for a sewer line replacement and they came out about a week later, they were real busy, and gave me the best quote that I had out of 6 quotes. They performed pipe bursting on my 55 year old sewer line, that was completely buried under a driveway, sidewalk and street, and replaced it from under my house all the way to the main sewer line in the street for under $7,000. Much lower than a lot of other quotes that were only going to replace a portion of the pipe leaving me with a partially repaired line. Jay told me it was going to take a month before they could get to my house because of the backlog due to bad weather and they were there one month later and knocked it out in a couple of days with no unforeseen problems or costs. Recommend them highly for a sewer line replacement and I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a sewer leak under my house, called IHS and they responded in about an hour. Tracy arrived and accessed the problem and gave me a quote. Had all the parts on the truck and he replaced and repaired all the damage. I have used IHS in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Plumber (Jack) fixed a leaking gas line for me pronto.Finally a contractor that cares about his reputation and quality of work while at the same time being reasonable during these tough economic times. Great communication all the way through.

My property manager in Fernley called River City Plumbing get an estimate for a water line break in one of my properties. They came out and gave an estimate of $31,000 to repair the issue. Due to the cost of the repair I reluctantly called my home owners insurance. My property manager had another plumber come out and repair the issue for under $400. I now have a home owners claim which is very undesirable to an owner that has several properties. I called their office several times and left messages to no avail. I would not trust this company to put a hose on a hose bib!

From the initial evaluation through the purchase and installation - the process was easy and seamless. During the freezing winter temps I had 2 pipes burst in my garage. The water was coming out fast everywhere. I called Jack from the dirty plumber & he stopped what he was doing at another job (with the customer’s permission;)) & came over immediately and repaired my pipes without any complications. Jack is very good at what he does, he is relatable, friendly & has the BEST rates around. Excellent customer service skills. I will only use Jack for all my plumbing needs in the future.

He helped me choose the kitchen faucet that best suited my needs, and went over and above to make sure I had the most efficient kitchen sink configuration. I wish I had more stars to give Wiley's. I am so thankful for Wiley's and their customer service - I WAS a customer of Sierra Air, do not use them! Sierra Air came out to do yearly service, I was on their preferred service program. Technician that came, did not seem confident in what he was doing, spent time in attic and finally came down and said we have a problem, discovered the heat exchanger unit had cracks, corrosion and stress and there were traces of carbon monoxide through-out my house. Mind you, I hire a company to be able to trust them. The technician could not answer my questions, just asked if I had space heaters, I said no, and he basically had nothing to say, I called his manager, he started asking my questions like, am I experiencing headaches etc. Also, I have detectors in my house none of them have gone off. So you could imagine how I was feeling at this point. They said they would send out a new tech which turned out to be from their design department. Turned out the first technicians tools he was using was faulty and was not working properly. At the end of the day, this guy had me talked into a sale of 7K, and pretty much worked off my emotions and fear.

Luckily, I spoke with a friend, referred me to Wiley's and I got a second opinion right away, Mike with Wiley's came out right away, he was very knowledgeable, eased my mind and made me feel comfortable that I was safe. He went through my house checking for monoxide, no detection. He said I do not need to replace my heater, that my heater was working fine, there was no detection of carbon monoxide and when I do need to replace it, it would be around 4000, not 7000. I asked him if he thought I should have them service the unit just in case Sierra Air didn't do it right, he said he was not comfortable charging me for a service I did not need. He went further on to explain how the monoxide detectors work, what to do if one did go off and that if I needed anything to please reach out to him. When I asked a question, he knew the answer. I also have a friend that works at a plumbing company here in town and also said Wiley's is fantastic.

If you want someone you can trust and a company that is honest and doesn't work off commission, reach out to Wiley's they are the best and looks out for your safety and best interest
