Spoke with Taylor in the AM and was scheduled with Clarence for the same day in the afternoon.

Clarence arrived as scheduled and assessed work previously done by a different company. Clarence was upfront about pricing and even ran over to Home Depot at one point to pickup a piece we needed. All within the allotted time.

After 16 years on the same water heater, we finally needed an update. We called many companies and River City Plumbing came back with the most fair quote for a new tank, recirculating pump, and labor. Upon removing the old tank, Mike and his team discovered some significant water damage and mold to the platform that the tank sits on. They were able to put the water heater on an extension that allowed us to have hot water for the week that the mold problem was cleaned and River City also subcontracted with a construction company that fixed all the drywall and rebuilt the platform. Throughout the entire process, Mike was professional, friendly, available to my constant questions and texts, and he even reached out a week after the work was done to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very happy overall with River City Plumbing and Mike. Thank you for everything!

I observed one of their drivers going well over the speed limit on Highway 580 in south Reno this afternoon. Not only speeding, but he couldn’t even maintain his lane. He also cut it real close when he finally changed lanes without even being courteous to use his turn signal. I certainly wouldn’t want to have anything to do with people like that.

I choose IRA Hansen and Sons Plumbing because of their reviews online. I am glad I did, Greg Baustian was very good and very pleasant to work with. I needed my ice maker hooked up. He explained what he needed to do, left to get parts needed and came back. Took him about 20 minutes and he was done. My icemaker is working perfectly and I am very appreciative of his service. Definitely will use IRA Hansen and Sons going forward with plumbing needs.

schedule to come out to check septic tank same day, called me to verify and said yea ill give you a call right before I get there. Did not bother to let me know they would not be coming out after all. Poor communication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
