The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Contacted Easy Rooter for plugged main sewer line( I've used their services twice prior) . The lady that answered the phone was very professional and told me the that they were 2 days out for service and that she had appointment times open. I told her that I would call back the next morning (had to make sure my wife could be home). I called back the next morning and the gentleman that answered was also very professional and booked our appointment. Then, on time shows up Mikey Gilbert. What a pleasure to deal with this young man. Did his job efficiently and in a timely manner. Thumbs up to the entire crew !!
