The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Thanks so much for the professional curtiousness. My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! I recommend this business they were professional and timely with response to our plumbing problem.

I had some weird stuff happening with my kitchen faucet that I couldn't figure out on my own. I called Jolly Rooter to see what they could do. They scheduled me a couple days out, then called me a few hours later to say they'd had an opening and could come out that day if I was available. They came out, told me what was wrong (I needed a new faucet) and said they'd come out when originally scheduled to install a new faucet if I went out and chose one.

Owner Rich Jolly and his apprentice Adam arrived early to do the job. They were friendly and professional and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the equipment was installed the right way. My kitchen counter had an extra hole that they offered to install a soap dispenser into for free. It didn't end up working out due to a structural issue under the sink, but I really appreciated the attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job correctly and completely. They plugged the hole to make it look as good as possible.

A great experience overall and I'll be calling them back to do some work in my bathroom before too long.

We have had several instance where my family and I have had issues with our complicated plumbing in kind of old house. Pain the putt. We were frustrated for years until we found Don Weston. He is extremely knowledgable, reliable, easy to get ahold of and fair. You will be happy and satisfied if you use his services.

Bottom line, a pro should have been able to do the job in less than an hour and for ~$50 in parts. You wanted to charge $400 for that. That's outragous and people in Reno and Sparks should know about it. $200 Would have been fair, I'm just helping others not get ripped off. The picture is what your tech wanted $400 to fix...

They are VERY nice, showed up on time, polite which is why they get 2 stars, not 1. Their prices are outrageous, I wonder how many poeple have been taken advantage of by this company...???

I called them out because we had a shower valve that wouldn't shut off and was a constant dribble. I understand I was calling a plumber to do a basic fix, something that probably takes less than an hour and I would pay a premium but I didn't want to deal with it. Big mistake.

They quoted $200 to replace the leaking valve, $400 to replace both, which was recommended. IMO, $200 to replace both would have been reasonable. I asked the guy twice if he was sure about the $400 price, to which he said yes. I told him to leave and completed the repair myself. I even told the guy I would write this review and asked a 3rd time if he was sure about the outrageous quote.

Judge for yourself in the merit of the quote and business practices; consider if your going to call them.
