I had clogged my garbage disposal by putting flower stems in it. When it clogged up today, I found Jolly Rooter with its great reviews. Rich Jolly responded by email in 2 minutes, giving me his phone number, a price quote range, and his availability this very afternoon! Within 10 minutes I had called him and he was out to my house within the hour as he promised. He unclogged my disposal but also explained to me step by step the work he was doing. The work involved more as I also had poorly connected pipes and leakage. He had the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the whole job to perfection in a timely manner. Woke up on a Friday morning to cold water and a broken water heater. Asked around and Jet was recommended to me. Called them as soon as they opened and they worked their schedules around to get me a technician out that day. Jeff was personable and professional. In a few hours I had a new water heater, completely explained everything about it to me, paperwork and warranty explained as well. My new water heater is great and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. The gals in the office are great too!

So wonderful and professional! They came out to do the faucet in the backyard, which ended up also having to fix the toilet in the master bath. Explained everything, took pictures, did a great job! Definitely recommend!
