Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

Had a nice conversation with one employee who was gearing up the truck, probably straightening up after her messy male CoEE ...yea me too... I can be messy at times!

So, its 9:45 am on a Thursday morning & these folks are on it. Making someones day much better in the apts as I walk pass.

Gotta pay attention to good vibes & I got one from these folks...check out photo for more data! 🌹

My heater quit working so I called and they came out the same day, fortunately for me it started working again right before the tech got here, but he still took a look at it and even taught me a thing or two :) I would call them again if I have a problem.

The technician came out and didn't fix the cold bar, still charged us.

Next day another company came out and fixed it in half an hour.

They were really nice and on time. Did a great job replacing valves that were leaking.

Joe's Best Plumbing installed an outdoor water pipe at our home in December, 2017. The pipe's entrance into the house was not done properly. Every time it rains, water comes in through the wall. Granted, Joe and his team tried to rectify this by various means, but to no avail. When it rains, we have water seeping in through the garage wall.

Our Air Conditioner went out and we were scrambling to get someone out to look at it. So I went threw the list and No One would come out that day, Until I found Hawthorne Plumbing. They came out diagnosed the problem and the next day we had a new air conditioner! I was so happy we called them! They sent out a very professional person that explained everything and did not push to Up-Sell when it was Not necessary. 5 Stars All the way and they offer a Military discount and service plan!

I’ve had some issues with DeHart in terms of communication, scheduling, etc. The only reason they get five stars from me is due to their employee, Randy.

Randy is trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking and is the main reason I continue to do business with Dehart. They’re lucky to have him.
