The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. Root-O-Matic did a great job at our place, Johnny specifically. They thought outside the box and worked within our budget to fix our septic without just saying to get a whole new system, like two other companies did. Would highly recommend them.

Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Both times Josh was the plumber to come out for service. He's very fast and gets it done right the first time. I would recommend this company and plumber to anyone. Total professional.

I was told that my appointment window was between 2-5pm and that the tech would be at my business between those times by customer service. I wound up frustrated as the tech apparently wanted to come around noon and decided to go home when I didn't answer the business phone, as I wasn't on site yet because the appointment window wasn't for another two hours. Why create appointments windows if they're not going to be utilized? Luckily, they offered to rectify the situation by charging me additional fees for coming out to do the service outside of normal business hours. Awful customer service. What a joke.

We were very impressed with this company overall. Robin was very attentive and kind regarding my concerns, and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Tracy showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and had it resolved shortly thereafter. This is a very fair and professional company, and I would highly recommend them!

Jolly Rooter is an outstanding operation. The owner, Rich Jolly, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has helped me out on several occasions and his work is high quality. His attention to detail is outstanding and his customer service skills are top-notch.
