Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

He was prompt and professional! Completed the job in under 2 hours 🙌 and even followed up with us 2 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Bill!!

A previous plumbing company came and fixed a drain problem we were having but created another problem when they put the toilet back on the seal. We keep getting a small puddle of water around the base of the toilet that we never had prior to the previous plumber visit . When Dirty Plumber came to look at the issue, he insisted it was just condensation and refused to do anything about it. He's never getting our business again.

Btw, if you read Jack's comment below, you would think he could put two and two together and realize its our landlord who made the decision to call a different plumber to fix the problem, not our decision.

I am never using this company again! They straight up suck! My heater is still broken! This is going to be the third time they come to fix it!

Myles came today to see why my furnace is not working. He explained what the problem was and went over carefully my options for repair vs. purchasing a new furnace. He was very thorough in explaining the differences between two kinds of furnaces. In the end, I decided to purchase vs. repair. Myles helped me with the payment plan and got everything all set up. He forwarded all the information to my cell phone making sure I received everything. Finally, I was very appreciative of Myles for helping me to get my gas fireplace in my living room up and running again with the pilot light on. Now I will have heat for my piano students in the living room while they have their lessons until my new furnace is installed. Overall, I thought both the receptionist Shenelle who helped me get someone to come over in one day vs. waiting two days and Myles who explained everything so well were exceptional. I am very pleased with Nevada Heating employees I had and look forward to my new efficient furnace and thermostat.

I was given their number by Sierra septic to unclog my drain after the septic service finished draining the tank, they tried very hard to unclog it. Absolute drainage came within 2hours and spent 1/2 hour and the clog was gone. They were very professional and I will use them in the future.

Spoke on the phone for less than 30 seconds and refused service before even saying what in regards to. Very rude and unprofessional, do not recommend doing business with this company.

Please do not lie to your potential future customers as they deserve to know your unprofessionalism. I will however oblige with your request and not recommend your company nor call for your service again, thank you.

This was our second time using The Rooter Bee. Our experience was just as good as the first. When you have a major sewer problem it's so nice to have such a knowledgable and experienced plumber. AJ was very responsive to all of our questions and the estimate was spot on. We really appreciated such good customer service. Definitely recommend!

One of my properties had a leak. Called Easy Rooter on a Saturday. They were able to get there super quick and Mikey was very professional and super nice. Highly recommend.

I called a few times this morning as our water heater went out and Zephyr originally installed. The answering system was confusing and I got a voicemail each time. I decided to go in in person because I wasn’t sure I reached the correct extension.

They were pleasant enough in person but no one was on a phone and I didn’t quite understand why my call wouldn’t have been answered earlier, but decided it could have been bad timing. Nope. Just horrible customer service. Scheduled an appt and got a text regarding it. We had a lot of questions and it wasn’t efficient or helpful to text at that point. Requested a phone call multiple times and just got texts instead that didn’t answer the questions asked. The conversation was both useless and exhausting. We scheduled to have our water heater inspected/repaired or replaced by a competitor as a result.

The total phone call time with a competitor was about 5 minutes to have all of our questions answered. We spent an hour trying to get answers from Jessica at Zephyr via texts, without ever getting answers to the actual questions we were asking or the phone call we requested.

I absolutely made the right choice with Best. To begin with, technician Ralph showed up at my job almost an hour early. He changed out my water heater and made adjustments for the new one with thorough knowledge and time efficiency. Then he patiently went through my house to establish ideal hot and cold water temperatures and made other plumbing installs to make these improvements. HIGHLY recommend, and VERY happy with Ralph.

Tracy was fantastic! He came the very next day after I called to check on an issue we've been having for months with scalding hot water coming out of our cold water faucets. Of course, the issue wasn't occurring while he was here. Rather than just charge me and change out a part he hoped would fix the issue, he asked that I call him immediately the next time it happened so that he could come out and check it out as quickly as possible. I appreciate that he was so honest with me and did not charge me for the replacement of a part that may or may not have fixed the issue. He also quickly changed out several faucets in our kitchen and we'll have him back out to change others as soon as I've ordered them. He took the time to explain everything to me and never made me feel like he was taking advantage of me or just trying to sell me something. Will definitely be calling Tracy again!

I will never go anywhere else for HVAC needs! Hawthorne was quick to come out for diagnostics. We needed to fully replace the furnace and air conditioner in my home. They not only had the necessary equipment on hand, but started working on it that same day! The project was finished by the end of the week. I highly recommend this company.
