Best A/C System Repair in Reno NV

I've used Dirty Plumber multiple times for my plumbing needs. I have always gotten a prompt response, great communication on when he can arrive, fair pricing and I just trust his straight-forward advice. I'm grateful to have him as my go-to plumber and I highly recommend him.

Really good experience with this plumber. Previously had used Rooter-Man plumbing (who I would give a zero star review if it were possible) who jerked us around, never showed up on time, and wanted to do a repair that cost ten times as much as what was needed. After four days of not getting anything done with Rooter-Man called Straight Up Plumbing and they got someone out same day, he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and would have fixed it same day but didn't have the tools needed so scheduled a return the next day first thing. There was a little bit of a scheduling snafu (our plumber ended up getting double booked for that morning) and that is why I only give four stars instead of five, but once he did come out he had the problem that Rooter-Man had said would take several days to fix done in less than two hours (and again, for a tenth of the cost). Highly recommend these guys.

THE MOST CROOKED & DISHONEST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I CALLED IN NOVEMBER OF 2015 TO HAVE THEM UNCLOG A SEWER LINE, THEY CHARGED ME & $ 83.00, 3 DAYS LATER I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK FOR THE SAME REASON, THE GUYS SAID HE WOULD NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN TO UNCLOG THE SEWER LINE, BUT HE WOULD HAVE TO RUN A CAMERA DOWN THE SEWER PIPE TO SEE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE LINE TO CLOG THE SEWER WITHIN 3 DAYS, HE SAID HE WOULD ONLY CHARGE ME $ 83.00 TO RUN THE CAMERA DOWN THE LINE, SINCE I WAS NOT ONSITE, HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME A VIDEO OF THE INSPECTION VIA EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY, SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE VIDEO, I CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO FIND OUT, THE GUYS SAID HE WOULD SEND IT SOON, OF COURSE HE NEVER SEND A VIDEO NOR A BILL, 2 WEEKS LATER THE SEWER LINE CLOGGED UP AGAIN, I DECIDED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SEWER PIPE FROM THE STREET TO THE CLEAN OUT IN DECEMBER OF 2015 THEN 4 MONTHS LATER, THEY CALLED ME & SAID THAT I OWED THEM $ 83.00 FOR THE VIDEO THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR PLUS FINANCE CHARGES FOR A VIDEO CAMERA INSPECTION THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THEY FINALLY SENT ME A BILL IN FEBRUARY OF 2016, I AM TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE CONTRACTOR'S BOARD & WILL GO FROM THERE, I TRIED TO CALL THE OWNER TO NO AVAIL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. PLEASE BE AWARE.

Nick Rumbaugh serviced our air conditioner today. He arrived on time and got right to work. Our unit is older but is still working well. Nick advised the refrigerant used has been phased out so we are going to have to replace it sooner or later. We have also used Nevada Heating to service our furnace, our fireplace and replace our hot water heater. We have always been very satisfied with their work.

We would not use these guys again. Bobby fixed our problem but left other problems in his wake. He didn't close the door to the crawl space under the house which we didn't discover til a week later, he didn't put the drain-stopper back in the sink after he was finished, and he did a crappy job when he put the toilet back in place because now it leaks which leaves us with a pool of water around the toilet and we have to call someone else to fix that.

Eric has been out for me 3 times for everything from finding a leak that had caused some water damage to replacing all of the drainage pipes in my basement. Each time he has been on time, respectful and efficient in addition to fixing the problem. He's great to work with!

Gavin was great! He installed the gas line for our gas range! Highly recommend him.

We had a leaky toilet valve that flooded the bathroom. We called Nods at about 2:40pm on a Saturday from Carson City. Someone arrived an hour later from Reno and they were done before 4:30pm. Service was excellent and more importantly we felt important. We had contacted a few places who could not get here until after the weekend. Thank you Nods

These guys were great. They had a technician out here in 20 minutes who explained everything, traded out whatvhe had to in order to get it working since it was over time. He's coming bsck to replace the unit and we couldnt be happier with his professionalism, his demeanor and his trying to help save us some money on it too. Would happily recommend.

This was our second time using The Rooter Bee. Our experience was just as good as the first. When you have a major sewer problem it's so nice to have such a knowledgable and experienced plumber. AJ was very responsive to all of our questions and the estimate was spot on. We really appreciated such good customer service. Definitely recommend!

OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS - WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT.
Scheduled a call to residence for a water heater warranty replacement. Wanted to charge me $1,100 for a warrantied water heater replacement which should be around $500. They also told me that if it was a new install they would charge me $2,200 which should be around $1,200. Be wary of these guys as they are trying to overcharge unsuspecting customers over 100%!!!

As my home turns fifteen years old I have been in need of new fixtures and services. Savage & Sons is the place to turn for plumbing. I have had their service tech, Brandon, install a new toilet, two new faucets, a new garbage disposal, and some advice on modiying an aroma therapy tub. Brandon's work is top flight in every way. He is careful, precise, and professional. He is also courteous and personable -- an ambassador for S&S. Although S&S isn't cheap, I have saved money by having significant problems diagnosed before emergency service has been necessary.

Called in middle of the night with sump pump failure. Response was fast. New pump installed. Highly recommend!
