Best Water Leak Detection in Reno NV

They were contracted by our home warranty to fix a leak on a pipe coming from our water heater. Their guy fixed the leak, but then said our water heater is now broken (it's only a few years old), left us with no hot water, then apparently quit his job that night. Now we have been without water for 2 days and their office won't schedule our install until next Tuesday, leaving us with no water for almost a week. Their dispatch, Yanessa says she can send a guy out over the weekend but it will cost us time and a half out of pocket. Really rude like we are the problem. We had a leak and after your guy comes out, it's turned into no water for us. Supremely unreliable, Supremely unprofessional, and Supremely dissatisfied.

Sat on hold for 10 minutes. On to the next guy.

When I put out a request for service, Rich was the first to respond. We made an appointment & he kept communicating with me to reassure me that he was able to make it at the time we scheduled. He was professional, prompt and personable. I had several leak issues with my kitchen sink and he fixed the one I'd already identified & found the 2nd leak (broken disposal) and replaced it right then. Price was resonable & he was friendly & clear about what he had to fix. As a female, I especially appreciated that he was not the typical condescending male plumber. Thanks Rich! Gibson Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing a radiant and base board boiler system. They designed a system to deal with the different temperature requirements for the radiant and base board heating, which includes multiple circulators, mixing valve and hydro separator. The installation went very smoothly, the entire team was very professional and Cary was very thorough in the explanations of the new system. I would highly recommend them.

Luke performed the following services: 1) found & fixed the upstairs leak that went down to my downstairs area; 2) replaced kitchen faucet parts and 3) found dishwasher leak (unfortunately, I have to buy a new dishwasher). Eric at Big Bear Plumbing is a true professional. He provides quality service, is extremely qualified (former commercial plumber, bonded, and formally trained plumber), and a very nice guy! He showed up on time and did a very high quality job repairing my sprinkler system, which appeared to be all kinds of messed up from a previous repair. When he finished it had no leaks, was water tight, and proper water pressure returned. We called them tonight, a Friday, at 8pm when our bath tub faucet was leaking. Technician Scott was here within 20 minutes and had it fixed in less than half an hour. He was super friendly and professional. They also charged us half what we were quoted by another after hours plumber. Would absolutely use this company again.
