Asked for a bid to relocate business equiptment ventilation over 2 months ago. still do not have it. we keep getting the run around and no responses.

Cary did a maintenance service on my high efficiency radiant heating system (cleaning, fluid replacements etc.). Very professional, competent and clean.
He also answered a bunch of questions on other issues, which ended up with a fix of the recirculating hot water system and a suggestion for addressing a more automatic house water shut-off scenario.

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Don Weston. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet. He was the first to respond. He is amazingly communicative and flexible: answers texts, calls, and emails in a timely fashion; has excellent availability/lead time; sent me photos of his work; is personable and warm; is willing to actually talk about his findings and be instructive on how to use my new fixture and things to look out for in the first days after installation (vs some professionals who come and go and don’t want to communicate beyond a sentence on the invoice). His rates are extremely reasonable. I feel confident he will stand by his work and respond to me as needed. He is trustworthy, let himself in and locked up behind himself. Mine was a smaller job and he treated it with the same care and priority as a big one. Really grateful to have found such a consummate professional. Supreme Plumbing installed a tankless water heater at my house. We had an old electric water heater, which they swapped out for the tankless, and ran new gas piping for the tankless. Yvessa in the office was super friendly and got us on the schedule right away. Max came to my house to do the work and he was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. 10 out of 10 recommend Supreme Plumbing!

Yesterday I called to see how much it would cost to do a preventative maintenance on my drains. I had one slow running drain, not plugged or backed up but slow running. I explained this to the lady who answered the phone and she told me it would cost $85 an hour to snake all my drains. So I went ahead and made an appointment for the same day expecting a bill of $170.00 maximum. So when I got home and found out my son had paid $277.00 I was extremely upset. I called and a lady named Michelle said she wasn't in the office and could I please call back in the morning. I called back this morning and the same girl I spoke to yesterday answered the phone and she remembered exactly what she had told me the day before. I had given her my cell number in case there was any problem.
When I spoke with the manager he told me Brandon who came out to my house explained to my son that it would be an extra $25 per drain. When speaking with my son again today he says no extra fee was mentioned to him. I believe they should have called my cell phone and the girl who answered the phone should have been able to tell me there would have been an extra fee for every additional drain. It was clearly explained in our conversation what I needed done. And the attitude is oh well too bad! I can't believe this, but I at least feel the need to share with everyone! Not the plumber I would ever recommend! If you're not as good as your word you're not any good at all!
