Thank You for this Company. I noticed a possible leak Sunday, I called another company Monday and Tuesday never got a return phone call. I called Bruce Mackay Pump and Well Service and they answered right away got me transferred to a tech, they told me what I should do and were out first thing the next morning. Thank you for your great customer service.

Jay was extremely helpful and acknowledged all my concerns, checked all the things that I thought might be part of the problem, was very thorough and fixed the problems with my furnace and thermostat. Hewas most diplomatic in dealing with this anxious customer who knew absolutely nothing about furnaces and thermostats.

I had a major winter problem with snow covering the vents for the water heater and furnace. Don immediately came out, evaluated the problems and got to work with his crew. He worked with the furnace repairman, kept me informed and solved the problem. This is a man that knows the worD SERVICE.

Our water heater was outdated and costing a lot, so we decided to have a new energy efficient one installed. We were worried about the cost, because money is tight, but Bill at S&S walked us through pricing and gave us a great quote!

Straight Up Plumbing was super responsive to a quote request I put in through Yelp. They called right away and had a plumber out in less than 30 minutes to replace my broken hose bib. Customer service and curtesy was outstanding!

Got a new AC unit and Furnace installed. The installers, Edward and Kevin, did a fantastic job. They were very communicative, and timely, polite, and informed. They did awesome work and were able to answer all of my questions with ease. Everything looks, and runs, so much better compared to the previous system that was installed. High recommend Nevada Heating, especially the installers Edward and Kevin.

Do NOT ever use this company. Incredibly unprofessional, did not fix our toilet and the refused to come back and finish the job. All Staff is super rude - could care less about anymore business( or reputation) Told me to Go spend my money elsewhere on a $1500 Job. Worst plumbing company in the area. Hope this helps anyone reading this in the future - avoid at all costs.

My wife and I hired Eric on two occasions, and both time he did an outstanding job. There first time he installed a hot water heater in the garage in 90 degree heat in the summer. Second time he helped us diagnose a dishwasher that wasn't draining. I highly recommend Eric!

We had a leaky toilet valve that flooded the bathroom. We called Nods at about 2:40pm on a Saturday from Carson City. Someone arrived an hour later from Reno and they were done before 4:30pm. Service was excellent and more importantly we felt important. We had contacted a few places who could not get here until after the weekend. Thank you Nods

We have used AJ in the past and were pleased with the results. Now that he has his own company, he certainly does not disappoint! He is super professional, fair, honest, and flexible with his schedule. He is definitely the only plumber we will use! Highly recommend for business or home!

Great service and price for job well done

Our water heater went out yesterday, I called Nick and asked how soon they could come out and replace it and today at 11:00 am it's done. I thought I would have to go with out hot water for weeks, so I can't express how grateful I am with the fast, professional response. Tracy did the install and he was extremely professional, courteous and an all around great guy. I can't thank NHC Plumbing enough and I would highly recommend them. Thank you thank you thank you!!
