The install was 100 percent professional Dani was our installer she walked into more then was bargained for, but it did not phase her one bit when something popped up she faced with a curtious professional smile and fixed and updated a very out of date water heater. So I was initially happy with Van allen plumbing until, 2 different plumbers explained to me that the repair they came out and made was something that is only normally used as a temporary fix, not permanent. The plumber that came out from van allen plumbing, made it seem like he was doing us a favor with his fix, when in actuality he was avoiding having to weld the copper pipe. I tried even calling the office and was refrd to ROMAN, who is yet to even acknowledge I reached out to him with concerns. I never had a problem getting them to take my 💰 tho. The copper pipe shown in the pictured use to be 1 consecutive L shaped pipe b4 it was hacked off and hosepipe repaired. Just because something meets regulation doesnt always mean its the best fix...weighing my options. Wow! Itsme itsme

We had a great experience with Royal Service Plumbing. Marcus was every bit of wonderful! He showed up on time and fixed our leak/valve perfectly. Most importantly, he was kind, professional, honest, and highly skilled. Top notch customer service and attention to detail.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

The most friendliest people around and always great service!! They were super quick to come out and treated me like family... definitely will recommend them to everyone.

Rich is absolutely amazing! He is a very professional and honest business owner and is very knowledgeable for all your plumbing needs. I bought my home 2 years ago and needed a repair on my shower and my realtor highly recommended Rich. He came in the late evening and fixed my shower so I had a hot shower. He was very kind and on time and did a complete job making sure before he left that his work was completed and everything was nice and clean. This last week my hot water heater went out, garbage disposal quit working and my kitchen sink stopped up and would not drain. I immediately called him and he returned my phone call immediately and let me know he would come and get everything repaired and yesterday him and Ryan his awesome employee showed up on time and fixed my kitchen sink drain, installed a brand new garbage disposal and will be coming back today on a Saturday to install my brand new hot water heater. Everything complete and done so I do not have to worry which I'm extremely grateful for because in 18 days I go in for my 7th surgery and last surgery for my Breast cancer reconstruction and now I will be able get ready and to recover with no worries. Not only did they preform work I repeatedly asked them not to, the plumber stole some items from my garage. When I called to complain about it I was told it would be looked into but never heard back from them. I recommend looking elsewhere for a professional service.

Had a leek under my house and called rooter man. Was given a time of two hours before they could get to me. Four hours later I had to call them back at which time I was told they were running late. When they arrived I told them I believed it was a PVC feeder line however with sever back issues along with age I was not being able to access the leek. After accessing the area through a large access door inside my house, tech was able to see leek without going any further. Confirmed that it was a leek in PVC line. Tech then left for Home Depot for a few fittings and a small piece of pipe and glue. He then returned went back under house to leek which was about seven feet away and took about 15 min. To make repair. Bill was 345.00 with no breakdown on bill. From past experience, I would have to guess that parts were around 20.00 to 25.00 dollars. Awful lot of money for maybe half of work.
