I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Michael and Joseph just finished replacing 4 outdoor hose bibs that we had in our crawl space. I couldn't be more pleased. The replacements seem much stronger then the originals and they all work like they are supposed to. I snapped a couple of pics of what I needed to have replaced and they gave me a quote 5 minutes later. I texted him on a Tuesday at 4:15 pm to let him know I was ready to do the work and they came Thursday at 2 to do the work. They even fixed a piece of PVC piping on my AC Condensate line the had come apart at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and on time.

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

I can't believe Ashton Woods has this business as a preferred point of contact for HVAC?!They originally quoted me parts and services that wasn't even necessary. Little did they know that I knew enough about HVAC units to point this out. So after bringing to light, I told them if they could back out those costs to original quote... I'd go ahead and get everything taken care of. I guess they were embarrassed that I caught them overcharging, because now they won't even return my call?!I can't even believe a business would try to do this, but then run away from the problem!

These folks are great. Called them when my A/C was out on 90 degree plus day and they were at my house within 2 hours and fixed me up. Didnt even have a contract with them. Reasonable prices. Good job!!!

William Parrish Plumbing was able to get out the same day to do a gas hot water heater installed for me and they beat a competing price by $2000. Other vendor stated that they were competitive with their competitors (larger businesses) but William Parrish blew them away and do great work. Happy customer here.

Ease Plumbing (Dan) came to my rescue when I got a leak under my sink during a kitchen renovation. I ended up having to get all the plumbing updated and Dan did a great job. When my new kitchen sink ws then installed all the pipes had to be cut off to fit the sink (Yikes!) But Ian from Ease came back for no additional cost to put it all back together.
