Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

I called Golden Rule Plumbing early Monday morning and they were out by the afternoon. Jim replaced an old, leaking water heater by 3pm. They cleaned up after the job was finished and also added a new pad. I would recommend Golden Rule plumbing for your needs.

The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. We used Plumb V last week when our Water Pump quit. Ken and his guys were fast, friendly and went the extra mile to get water back on. All the office people were very friendly and a joy to work with. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. They were able to get to us in the afternoon which is what we wanted. Andy came over to do the work and he was extremely careful, professional and knew what he was doing.
