Joe was always punctual, polite and considerate. He and Chris worked in my home for four days changing all the pipes. They did a great job. I later hired Joe to run a gas line for my new stove. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

Jason and Matt were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our hot water heater in a timely manner. A little pricey but we had trouble getting response from other plumbing companies so probably paid a premium for responsiveness

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Ken is a wonderful and professional guy. He has helped me with several plumbing issues. What seems to be mind boggling to me he explained it to where I could understand. Awsome guy

I called OPS when I noticed my tanked water heater is no longer working. They scheduled an appointment for me right away for same the morning. I received a text message with picture of the service expert and appointment details.

Service expert showed up right on time. He was very professional and I was quite impressed by the details he knew about the system. They repaired the heater in the best possible way after explaining the problem, possible solutions, alternatives, pricing and safety measures.

They were very generous to fix couple of minor things at no additional cost.

Now I have hot water back!

After repairs, they cleaned up every drop of water and cleaned the heater and surrounding area. During their visit they patiently answered many of my queries.

It was a great experience.

Now I know whom to call for any plumbing issues!

I've used CK's twice now and continue to be impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. This time we had a toilet that needed to be replaced and Ben and Jose were as good as you can ask for in terms of quality of work and personability. These guys are really easy to work with and do a great job every time, best in the area hands down.

Excellent from start to finish! I called 15+ local plumbing companies on a Friday around 5pm, just went down the list on google. So glad William Parrish Plumbing was on that list. A pipe broke in half when a washer machine was being installed. We had to shut the water off. With 2 young kids, trying to figure out where we were going to stay, etc, I was stressed. By 7pm, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. I can't tell you how appreciative we were to Scott for coming out so quickly and helping us!

We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

Anthony does excellent work. I've used him several times now (from small jobs all the way to a main line clog). I'm always satisfied with the results. He is professional, courteous and extremely hard-working. Highly recommend.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
