They answered all my wife’s hundreds of questions (lol) and we decided to schedule an appointment. They were ON TIME for our appointment and very kind. They were quick, efficient, and they were very informative! We really appreciate the work they did and we are loving our new faucet.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Will Fuller and his team replaced several bad float sensors in my septic system. They were extremely professional and took the time to answer my questions. We had CK's out to do a whole house repipe to replace polybutylene pipes. They also installed a new tankless water heater. I was happy with the entire experience from having someone come out to give a quote to the actual job getting done. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

My home had problems with low water pressure. Fred Puryear was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my water pressure problem promptly. He explained to me the problem and gave me a few option on what I can do going forward. I would most definitely call them back because Fred did a great job!

Came out next day and fixed a water leak outside. Fast and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend using them for plumbing repair. Will use again if and when I need more repairs. Thanks!

Anthony was asked to come to our property for an annual back flow testing. He claimed some parts were broken in our assembly and that we needed to replace the entire thing. We told him that we decided not to do it, but he came back a few days later on his own and tried to perform repairs, where we had to remind him that we didn’t ask for that. Somehow we were still charged a diagnostic fee for the second time even though we asked them not to come back.

We ended up calling Bizzy Bee and they did the back flow testing for us….and that they found no broken parts at all.

I was extremely disappointed because Anthony came and did good work in our home prior to this (installed a kitchen faucet). I have no idea how anyone can just assume they can come back to someone’s property without permission after being told that we didn’t want any work done (in addition to lying about broken assemblies).
