Highly recommended. Called Jason at 10 PM with a water issue although he could not make it out that night he had a tech at my door at 7:30 AM as promised. Service tech was professional and knowledgeable with Work being completed without issues in a timely manner and was properly cleaned up when done . Pricing was reasonable compared to the big box companies. Will use again if needed

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

I have used Midtown several times for commercial plumbing projects and find their work to be done with pride. The team at Midtown is great to work with and they work until the job is complete. Thanks for all the quality work!

Excellent, professional, on time service

The owner actually made the service call at 7:30 PM tonight, since that was the only time I was available. The professional service along with the patient and honest explanation of what was wrong with my water heater was top-notch. Will and his team are great - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and trustworthy plumber!

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

We had another excellent, professional experience with Newcomb and Co. today to install a valve that is required for a new dishwasher. Linwood also helped me check on an ice-maker water supply that was not working and did so without charge.

Newcomb has helped us for more than a decade while living in Raleigh and we have reached out to them for assistance in our downsized house in Durham.
