I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Prompt, kind and knowledgeable. They weren't able to fix my problem but the plumber recommended someone that could and didn't charge me for the visit. I will definitely contact them in the future should I have any plumbing needs.

On Wednesday July 25th I walked into a complete disaster in my downstairs bathroom. I thought I could just grab the trusty old plunger and things would be okay; nope! Went and bought a 3ft auger and thought to myself, this will surely get the issue resolved; nope. Rented a 25ft snake from a hardware store and thought, surely this will do the trick; nope. Called Fuller Services on Thursday morning. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours, did an assessment, and provided me with the root cause of what was wrong. Roots from my tree in the front yard had found a way to infiltrate the piping that leads to the outside sewer. The remedy meant that the line would have to be dug up and replaced. The owner of the company, Will and his lovely lady came out to my house and did an amazing job of rectifying a pretty awful install from the builder and ensured that me and my household would be back fully functioning. I cannot recommend Fuller Services enough. They are honest, fair, and do great work at a great price.

Very professional and knowledgeable, Joe and Jason showed up, took care to say hi to cats and remembered they were out and about. Diagonalized the problem with the tubs and got them both working fine. The price quoted and time were accurate and acceptable. Would call them tomorrow first thing if anything comes up.

Every interaction I had with CK's plumbing was stellar from start to finish. They set up an appointment in a very timely manner. We didn't have to wait at all. Kyle came out and solved our issue perfectly. He explained the issue we were having, and had it fixed quickly. We'll use CK's if we need the help again. I would recommend them to anyone.
