Best Water Heater Problem in Raleigh NC

Today is New Year’s Day! We have company in town. One of our toilets stopped flushing. I contacted Jason based on reviews; as I have a longtime plumber who is scheduled for tomorrow—I needed a plumber today! Jason came out. He was very professional and efficient from the start. Great rates! Will contact him again!

We had a pipe bust in one of our walls at home and found out that we needed to have our whole house repiped. The guys with Golden Rule Plumbing work was top notch. Joseph and his crew were some of the nicest guys we have ever met .They explained everything that was done to get our water running again and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if I needed. And I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Best plumber I have worked with! TCR was responsive and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issue on a Saturday. Their fees were also fair and reasonable. I highly recommend.

Jason came out to inspect a leak we had in our ceiling, helped us trouble shoot what could be going on, he explained everything clearly and gave us a solid plan going forward to fix our issue. He was knowledgable, kind, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend him and the team and Midtown Plumbing!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I really thought I would like this company. They started off well and l thought l would use them for further work l needed but customer service after l paid for the work was poor and l will definitely not use them again.

Joey was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve the plumbing issues that I had. I highly recommend Axis Plumbing.

We had David come out to fix an issue with our toilet. He was on time and very professional. His prices were under competitors that we had contacted previously. He even fixed an issue that wasn't causing a problem at the time, but could've been an issue in the near future. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Our tech from Roto-Rooter Raleigh, Wayne, #3112, was awesome! He came over at 9 pm and worked very late to fix a blocked sewer pipe. It was a difficult job and he managed to solve all of our problems, even though there were several complications. Wayne was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely recommend Wayne (#3112) to anyone who needs plumbing assistance. Great guy who did a great job!

Oscar was great to work with and Adam did a great job on the repair. Thank you for fitting us in on short notice and showing up on time! We will definitely use you all again!

If you want delays, aggravation, frustration, cost overruns, Carolina Plumbing and Repair is your company. I hired them to do plumbing for my new residential construction, my biggest mistake!

They failed rough-in inspection and took almost three weeks to comeback and correct it. These guys have more on their plate than they can chew. They are grossly understaffed, they lie about scheduling, they don't do it right the first time, and hope to get by.

They are always in a rush, and do not dedicate time and effort to do it right the first time. For example, they ran the water leak test for rough-in inspection and did not take the water out from the drain lines after inspection. With cold temps the water froze and busted the pipes, this was on January 10th 2018, as of today they haven't come back to fix it. We are 3 weeks away from closing and two weeks from final inspection, these guys are still dragging their feet. They have held up other trades from completing their jobs. There are many more examples, and if I wrote them all - I would end up writing a book titled: 101 Reasons Not to Hire Carolina Plumbing and Repair.

I would not recommend them for new construction or new additions.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Have been using Newcomb for years...they are honest and very reliable. Once again, my 12 yr. old system went down yesterday and today they were here within 5 hours of the service call. The tech. found the fault and had me up and running within 15 mins.....with no conversation about needing to replace my old unit......I call that...REAL SERVICE...replace an aged-failed part. When the system does die, I will be happy to buy my new system from them...NEWCOMB & Company...A very reliable name in Raleigh.

Had a new kitchen drain installed.
They were right on time; did a great job and techs were very professional and courteous.

Called Metro rooter plumbing May 11th 3:49 pm . No-one picked up the phone answering machine if full and not taking any more messages.
