These guys are the best! After another plumber that I've used in the past didn't show a couple times I gave them a call and they came right out. They had everything they needed to fix our leak on hand and were very reasonably priced. I very highly recommend them!

I had some questions about dehumidifying my home and spoke with Kevin from Cape Fear. He was very thorough in explaining my options, the issues I was facing, and the issues underlying THOSE issues. I was really impressed, especially since Cape Fear isn't a Carrier dealer (I have a Carrier AC unit that was the root cause of the issue) and Kevin took his time making sure I understood even knowing it might not make the company money. Using his advice, I was able to identify and fix the problem. Great company! I'll be looking into a Trane when my current unit goes :-)

There was a rattling noise when our heater went on. He showed up on time, was very polite, asked good questions, fixed the problem quickly, but also checked on some other things while he was here to make sure there wasn't anything else that might cause a problem. And we were only charged for the basic service call. Very happy!

They installed a new septic garbage disposal and a water line for my refrigerator. They did a great job for a fair price.

We remodel homes for a living and this company of guys are by far the most professional and easy to work with. Oscar Joseph is my management contact and he knows how to make it happen. David did our full replacement of our current remodels HVAC system. He did an outstanding job. Man knows his stuff. Roy and Adam did all of the plumbing and prepared the house for all plumbing trim, dishwasher lines and made sure we were going be able to meet code. Their knowledge and work ethic is fantastic. Today Derek and Dominic came to install the shower trim, toilet, adjust the toilet flange, and all the faucets, etc. Once again top notch professionalism and work. From start to finish and follow up by Oscar Joseph throughout the process I will only use 1-800 Plumber + Air for all my future investments. This is how a company should be ran.

Aaron came out and replaced the expansion tank on our hot water heater. Also had him look at a leak in our bathroom. Walked me through what he was looking for and what everything meant. Very quick and honest, even when it meant no work being done in the bathroom. Very fair pricing, too - I would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber!

For about 10 years I have had a service contract with Bolton Construction Service. One of my cooling units is 13 years old and the other is 22 years old. The heating units are also over 10 years old and with their annual service all 4 units continue to operate as new. Their technicians are well trained and courteous and will not try to sell something you don't need. About 5 years ago I had an emergency plumbing problem on a hot summer weekend and their technician was here within an hour after I called and fixed the problem. Providing great service at a reasonable price has kept them in business 93 years.
