Best Tank-less Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

It’s kinda of odd to say that having plumbing repairs is a great experience, but it was thanks to Golden Rule. They were so easy to work with regarding scheduling and special requests. They were very professional and the quality of work was outstanding.

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

My rental property in Raleigh, NC was in need of repair on the main water line into the house along with installation of a dehumidifier in the crawl space. He promptly and professionally contacted me to review my needs, then made several attempts to successfully reach out to my tenants to make arrangements for install. Additionally, my tenants added on several other issues at the time of installation where Will adapted the plan for the day according to my wishes to maintain the property and had no issue to go pick up the additional parts required for the extra fixes. At the same time, he was mindful of the costs involved by identifying what 'projects' needed done ASAP as compared to those that could wait, those that did not need done at all, and the best way to care for the older water heater on the property to prolong life while also notifying me of the reality that it will be the next major project upcoming to be prepared for.
