I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had a cartridge go bad in one of our bathrooms resulting in the inability to turn the bathtub water off. Roto-Rooter technician Luke came out within 1.5 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. What a relief. He was experienced and professional. It was a little expensive, but I wouldn't expect emergency service to be cheap. I tried calling several local plumbers but despite having open hours in google, they either didn't pick up the phone or couldn't come out.

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

My technician was Adam he was very informative and very professional about everything and made sure I understood what was happening.

they were nice but had to come 5 times one plumber had to adjust what previous one did a simple toilet issue and the 5th visit regarding the SAME issue was told I need anew toilet.. it is 9 years old only used by one/ no one else told me that I needed a new toilet will not call on them again!

I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Mandolin HVAC and Plumbing. From my initial contact with office staff to the final assessment/recommendation made by my technician Alexis, it was clear this business values their customer contact. I am a senior citizen and they listened and responded kindly to the frustrations of having a failed AC system. Not only was the issue resolved,, I felt my concern was their highest priority. I would highly recommend Mandolin to anyone. You cannot beat the service! 😀

My plumbing issues started when I was notified by the city that I had a leak. Called my insurance company and Mr. Rooter came out, identified the problem and fixed it (water line leak) in just a few hours.
A few months later, I started having drainage problems. Unfortunately, I chose a different company this time since this issue would be an out of pocket cost and not covered by insurance. They identified the problem and attempted to fix it, but FAILED miserably. I ended up disputing the charge with them after they broke several things in my home and the overall work done by the plumbers and technicians was incomplete! A four day job turned into a little over 2 weeks from start to finish for them to complete, but the job was done....or so I thought. I STILL continued to have drainage problems even after calling them back out to my home several times.
After the 4th call, I decided to call Mr. Rooter for a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. They identified the issue that the first company misdiagnosed. The first company was close, but it turned out to be way more extensive.
Adem, was very helpful explaining everything (old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced). He definitely had alot of patience with me, because I know I asked the same questions about 50 times, but he answered them the same way every time and didn't seem to mind. Once I understood everything that needed to be done, I signed the contract to get the work done. The team (Sam and Travis) they sent for the job was very polite and professional the entire time they were in my home and didn't mind answering any of my questions. They were in and out in the time they said they would be and did a good job cleaning up after themselves once they finished. All drainage issues were resolved! THEN, this week I noticed my yard was extremely soggy, so I called Adem back out to take a look at my concerns. They scheduled a leak detection, which to my surprise, they ended up footing the bill for! Adem also let me know if the issue was something they did, they would take full responsibility. Turns out, I have another leak under the concrete they had already removed and replaced and Mr. Rooter is sticking to their word and addressing the issue. Unfortunately, they'll have to dig up the concrete slab they recently poured, but at least it's going to be fixed. This entire process has been a little uncomfortable for my family, but we survived the inconvenience. I'm just grateful for an honest company that came out and did what they said they would do and not have me wasting my time and money.
I have been recommending Mr. Rooter to everyone! I'm definitely pleased with them, starting with the customer service rep (Toni was very responsive to all my calls and working with me on schedule availability) to the Technicians. I hope I won't need them again in the near future, but as long as I'm a homeowner, I will have them on speed dial!

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
