Best Sink Repair in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

We’ve used several different plumbers in the area over the past 8 years, and I wish I had called Jayk’s the first time. We had a massive sewer line that needed replacing for almost a year as it was hanging over our heads as we were originally quoted about $6000 over 3 days of work. Finally, we decided to try one last plumber and Jayks was the winner.

The plumber, José, and his partner were professional and friendly and showed up right when they said they would. They dug a large 6’ hole by hand, removed and repaired the damaged sewer line (tree roots), and filled it in all in one day. They also did it at a fraction of the cost we were originally quoted. I can’t recommend Jayk’s enough - they communicate via text mostly which is great, but are always friendly on the phone as well.

In particular, I want to give a shout out to José. This young man is awesome. He has fixed a few things for us in the past month and gets the job done every time. He even has gone above and beyond to paint and seal in bathroom areas where there was damage. He deserves a raise!

We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Matthew came out to fix, replace and repair both of my laundry room faucets pipes from leaking water. He looked at the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Afterwards he test the water pipes to make sure everything worked, plus he cleaned up. Matt was professional and gave options on how to repair our water leak. We took the less costly option in hopes of rectifying the issue. While repairing the leak, Matt assessed a slow drip in our shower and made recommendations. A neighbor referred Midtown and I would highly recommend as well.

Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

Josh was prompt, helpful, and professional, and did a great job replacing my hot water heater.

Juan was truly awesome. He was professional, and he carefully determined the problem before offering possible solutions. After determining the best option and explaining it in detail, he got to work and ensured everything was working properly upon completion. He also made sure I was present to confirm that everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Michael & Son (and Juan, especially!) for anyone’s plumbing needs.

Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Jack from Roto-Rooter came very quickly to fix our shower that could not be turned off. He was able to find a faucet to replace our old original broken one thus saving us hundreds of dollars since we did not have to tear a hole in a stairwell. Thanks so much!

Had these guys do some work at my house. The two guys that came knew their stuff and were very professional. The job price wasn't cheap, but I felt like we got what we paid for. Would work with them again.
