There's nothing worse than having company from out of town staying with you and having the toilet clog! Jason answered my call for help very quickly and came to our rescue. He fixed the toilet, took care of a dripping faucet and we were back to normal in no time. One of the very best, if not the best, plumber experiences ever. Thank you Jason, for saving our weekend.

I have had Joe come out to my home twice now for different things. I even recommended him to my friend/neighbor. He is very professional and extremely courteous. Always on time and considerate. I was out of heat for 3 days over Xmas eve and Xmas day. I called a dozen different companies that advertised they were open 24/7/365 and for emergencies and no one bothered to answer. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and all for a reasonable price even though it was a “holiday”. I will call him for every issue moving forward.

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

Had a bit of challenging issue with broken flow regulator in the shower. They came quickly, were courteous and very creative in solving the problem which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Would like to particularly commend Eddie, the technician who came out.

We had a wonderful experience with Peaches Plumbing. Their response time was quick, they came after hours, returned the next day, and performed a quality repair on a leaky pipe. Definitely recommend Peaches Plumbing for any plumbing needs!!

We used Michael and son to determine a water leak that was coming from our bathtub right to the downstairs Kitchen ceiling. First, Customer service were great and The technician Andrew who they sent. Was communicative and he arrived in a timely manner, he determined what was causing the leak. He also gave us recommendations and what’s the best to go for. We asked him while he was there to check the water shut off valve because it wasn't working . I’m glad we did because Andrew brought up to our attention that the water heater was leaking. Andrew went ahead and installed that for us. He even gave us estimation time of how long that will take to install it. As well as he replaced the Water cut off valve and replaced the water pressurization . I would highly recommend this company!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

These people are a complete and utter rip-off. They refuse to give me a price quote when I schedule an appointment. They fail to show up to the appointment despite having a 4-Hour window. When they finally show up the next day after my calling to remind them three more times, they look at the drain for 30 seconds and then jump straight to charging me $450 for running all their deluxe gear from their truck to my kitchen, to unstop a clog that can't be more than a couple of feet from the base pipe. For that money I'll buy the freaking equipment and do the work myself.
