We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

We worked with Joe on many complicated plumbing projects in our house. He was so great to work with. Knowledge and profession. Can’t thank him enough for all the time he dedicated to fixing leaks, clogs and helping us with a DIY bathroom remodel. Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I’ve lived in Cary for 34 years so I’ve a lot of experience with various plumbing businesses around town. Called an obvious Cary plumbing business to have a state of the art Toto toilet installed in our guest bath. When I mentioned the water supply line might have to be moved by inches to provide clearance for the toilet, they told me they don’t do that kind of work and to hire a contractor. Not much help! So I called The Art of Plumbing and over the phone after a pic, Eugene figured out that the water supplies valve could be offset without touching dry wall. My fault that I had lost the rough-in pipe for the toilet but Eugene persevered and finally got the part from Japan. He sent Stephan, a master plumber from Ukraine, to do the installation and it was done quickly and correctly. These guys truly know their business and have a wealth of experience.

I had three plumbers try and fix my hammering of pipes in the walls , one told me to rip ceiling out and re-run the plumbing. Swartz came in , fixed our problem for 190.00. Highly recommend

I scheduled a new customer maintenance service and it was ~2 months out from my call. The wait was entirely worth it. Nick provided professional and detailed service. Very friendly and happy to talk to me about what he was doing as he went along. All my questions answered and I signed up for the maintenance plan based on the exceptional service today. This company also texted their contact details to automatically add to my contacts app - a small detail sending a big message regarding their customer service. And I was sent a text regarding who to expect at my front door which included a photo and short bio on the service technician. Very impressed.

We had David come out to fix an issue with our toilet. He was on time and very professional. His prices were under competitors that we had contacted previously. He even fixed an issue that wasn't causing a problem at the time, but could've been an issue in the near future. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

We had two aging original water heaters, one electric and one direct vent gas that needed replacing. Pooles was one of three places that I got quotes from and their quoting rep, Bill, immediately impressed me with his attention to detail and knowledge of what my options were. Bill took measurements inside and out and talked about the exact process for similar replacements or a switch to tankless. In our case, I decided that it made the most sense to convert to tankless and it was clear that they were pros at doing that conversion. The quote also came in the lowest which was a great bonus, but since this is critical house infrastructure I was weighing the decision more on the expertise exhibited at the quoting stage.

When it came time for the install, the techs Henry and Dylan did a fantastic and expert job. They mounted the new unit to the wall, plumbed in a dedicated gas line from the outside meter and very cleanly and neatly plumbed the unit in with our existing water lines and recirculation system. All of the visible hot lines were insulated for efficiency and you can almost not tell we used to have tanks. The before and after photos speak for themselves. They were done in a day and the inspector had no concerns whatsoever. VERY satisfied customer here! Thanks Poole's!
