I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

We called Jayk's first thing in the morning when water heater started leaking and they arrived within half an hour. Able and Jose were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind - they had our water heater replaced, as well as fixed our supply line and rusted out water valve all within a couple of hours, and way below budget from what we were quoted by other companies. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. They are taking serious COVID precautions and made us feel safe throughout their service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future!

I called Golden Rule to replace my toilet and when they got into the job, there were other issues with the flooring needed to support the new toilet. The guys worked quickly and effectively fixed the support under the house to install the new toilet. I was extremely pleased with the way they came up with the solution and properly fixed the problem and installed the new toilet. And the price was reasonable! They were supposed to fix my toilet in my bathroom however 3 weeks later is leaking again in the same spot had to call Roto-Rooter

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I really appreciate how Raji took care of our problem. He clearly explained what needed to be done to fix our leak. He was also able to coordinate the efforts of others to assist in non-plumbing issues.

We had a bathtub drain cleared. Alex was fantastic, as are all of their technicians! Very courteous and professional. The price with Blanton's is always too high, though.

Let me start by saying how satisfied I am with the work David Dobbs did today. I'll called him at 7:20 this morning, he called me back in two minutes, and excepted the my job to replace the water heater. David told me he would arrive at my place at noon but to my surprise he was here 15 minutes early. After a 40 minute diagnosis, he was off to the plumbing supply house to get all the materials needed to replace the bad water heater. At 3-ish we were sitting at my table for payment, the water heater was installed, and David was on his way. I would recommend David to anyone because he's courteous , affordable, and gets the job done in a timely manner.

We hired Poole’s to raise the pipes in our basement that we just converted from a tall crawl space. (Poole’s also did the original plumbing for the house, too). They quoted a great price, showed up on time, and the guys who did the work were professional and friendly. They even swept the basement floor when they were done. We are so pleased with the work and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

They added plumbing fixtures so we could move our laundry from the basement to the upstairs bathroom. It was tricky but they had the experience to get it done correctly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Wonderful folks and great service.
