These guys are awesome! Owner was one of the guys that came to my house. Very polite and courteous. Wore booties and cleaned up everything before leaving, no stress. Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

CK's did an excellent job responding to my plumbing issues. They provided expert and very timely repairs. The value of the service exceeded the cost. They are now my Go To for anything plumbing.

In my entire life never had such an experience!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the plumber and had to ask them to leave my property immediately. Got the whole exchange on our video cameras, was willing to provide to management but MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Owner would not even return our calls. I would advise staying far far far away from this company.

If you have a simple issue like residential drain issues do not use them! They do a set price which is great for more complicated issues but for a clogged drain or a simple job, it is insanely pricey. We paid $400 for a simple drain issue, they were here for 15 mins. Their reasoning was questionable but it was already underway before we could stop it. The plumber was nice but got dirty handprints on my white walls and left the shower dirty. The positives are they have a very easy sign up, called 30 mins before, arrived on time, and had someone come out the same day of sign up. The plumber also used PPE which was nice. But I will not use them again.

No one showed up, I called back and they told me the man was out of town for the weekend. I said ok, so I guess that was more important than the appointment that he made with me. And the girl said I guess so. No way to run a business !!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
