I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This is the second time Kyle has been out to my house (built in 1988). The first time he fixed the low water pressure by replacing a broken thing on the regulator and let me know that the pipes in the house are made of some material that was involved in a law suit. He fixed the problem quickly and it has not recurred. Today he installed a pressure tank and replaced the flapper on a toilet that had been running periodically. Kyle knows what he is doing. He does not pressure me to make expensive repairs. He's great. Thanks much, Kyle.

Herbert Gilmore did a great job under the house. It was a bit expensive (plumbing work seems to be). He was very professional and answered any questions we had. There was only one problem. When the drain line was being cut out, the vertical line from the bottom of the sink dropped about 4 inches to the floor. Luckily, it had an expandable section that held until after we tested the line by running some water. We noticed it the next day and were able to secure the drain and had no need to call for help. In all, it was a good experience.

I would highly recommend this company. We had toilets and tubs backing up and the company scheduled a home visit appointment quickly, came out early and even though the repair (a septic pumping) wasn’t something they could do, the technician Ryan made it so we could flush our toilets. He was professional, courteous and explained the issues we had and what we needed done clearly. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I LOVE this company! When the school I work for had a plumbing disaster last week, I read Bizzy Bee's terrific reviews and was confident that THIS was the company to help us out in our hour of need -- and boy was I ever right in that assessment! Andrea in the office was awesome and worked out a way that one of their top guys, Daniel, could get over to us quickly to resolve our problem--which is VERY important when you are a school and the safety and welfare of students and faculty alike are paramount concerns. Notwithstanding the somewhat disgusting and difficult nature of what had to be done to clean out our blocked pipes, Daniel brought his great work ethic and terrific sense of humor to the whole event, which actually made it weirdly fun in the end. Our principal was blown away when Daniel presented him with some natural honey at the conclusion of the job. You'd never have guessed that was possible, but it was. Thank you Andrea and Daniel! Bizzy Bee has become our plumber of choice for all our future plumbing needs!!!

These guys looked at my pool heater like it was some kind of alien technology, and started googling on their phones how to diagnose the problem...heck, I could've done that. They couldn't figure it out and became hostile almost to the point of physical intimidation when I argued that I didn't want to pay them unless they actually fixed the problem. Run from these people!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
