It was refreshing to work with a service provider who respects your time and makes every effort to be on time. This is what Justin did and, in addition, he takes the time to explain the issue and solution.

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Ryan was the tech that was sent to our home after our AC unit stopped working. We explained what was going on, he explained what it could possibly be and what diagnostic tests he was going to do to figure out the issue.What he thought was going to be the problem, based on what we explained to him, ended up actually being exactly that. He showed us what he was doing and explained what everything was supposed to be when he did the readings of the tests, compared to what it actually was reading.Once the issue was figured out, Ryan was able to fix the issue right then. From his arrival time, to the diagnostics and repairs, through the billing, it was less than an hour total.Not that I hope we have any issues in the future, but should we need to hire this company again, I hope that Ryan is the one sent out. He was pleasant from the start and answered all the questions we had.100% recommended.

I wanted to write about a recent positive experience I had with CK's Plumbing. In October 2013 I had a section of old gray PVC pipe replaced by CK's to repair a small leak under the house. In early November the new piping separated from the old piping around 8:00 PM one night and on one of the coldest nights of the season. This happened because the older PVC deteriorated around the area where the new piping was attached. Not the fault of CK's plumbing work.

My house is heated with an Apllo HydroHeat system which means it will not work without the hot water running, so I called the company to seek help. The owner of the company, Chris, came over himself with 30 minutes of my call and repaired the section of piping. Even though it was clear that the problem was with the old piping, Chris did not charge me for the visit. Wonderful customer service!

We had used CK's earlier in the year to replace piping under our bathroom sink and they did an excellent job with that project.

I have found CK's plumbing to be responsive, technically efficient, and reasonably priced for their services and would highly recommend them!

Excellence! David (Tech 2379) was so personable and easily recognized my kind of overly obsessive personality--so much so that he took the time to text me pictures from the supply store of possible options when replacing my toilet. He epitomizes customer service, representing the company extremely well. Sometimes I am hesitant to go with large chains because they can be impersonal, rude, and matter-of-fact. I found quite the opposite with Roto-Rooter off Midway West in Raleigh. Quick, timely, professional, and personable. I'll do business with them again and again, and I'll be requesting David!

I was impressed with the professionalism of the business and the plumber , John, who performed the repairs to the toilet. John listened to the concerns and problems I was having and responded with very thorough and detailed explanations about how to fix them. It was nice to have someone explain fixes in a way I could understand rather than just saying it needed to be fixed. Also as a part of this visit he inspected sinks and a hot water heater with the same kind of delivery of information and also with tips on upkeep to keep things from needing to be repaired. As a result of the inspection serious issues with my hot water heater were found and will be fixed by this company soon. John mentioned that they like to treat their customers like family and I can very much say I felt that care in my experience with them today.

Would like to leave a better review but no one picks up and there is no voice mail after several attempts.

CK's Plumbing has done two jobs for me. They've repaired and replaced antiquated plumbing associated with an upstairs bathtub and they uninstalled/reinstalled a garbage disposal. The reinstall of the garbage disposal required a demanding and difficult re-piping of an old and complicated plumbing system under my town home. I appreciated Ray and Andrew's work ethic and dedication to completing the job and completing it well. I highly recommend CK's for your plumbing needs, they do a great job!

Daniel and Ty showed up on time and went through my options for replacing my garbage disposal and repairing a cracked pipe. All was done in a timely fashion. Happy with the repair and will use Lanes Plumbing for any further plumbing issues.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
