Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Chris and Ray are fantastic! They were on time and finished earlier than I planned which worked out great because then they had plenty of time to answer all my questions and show me what they were talking about. These guys are very patient and personable, and I learned a lot from them. They even picked out some old bricks for me while digging the trench in my front yard. I've been working on collecting them since I got my old house and they were so kind to humor me and do that little bit extra 😃

Service on a Sunday no doubt was a pleasure far beyond words. Steve welcomed me like we were old friends. He talked to me and not down to me. He talked about alternative measures if it came down to it but he snaked it and that did the trick. He spoke about something I need to do every year to keep the pipes clean, I can go on and on, the end results was a clear pipe and a good price. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me! They did excellent work and repaired my issues quickly. They were very clean and left my house the same way they found it. Thanks to Sean & Anthony for a job well done.

Ryan Disobo was our technician, while he couldn't fix the issue with our shower due to the lack of parts in our area and the fact that our faucet is not common, he was very helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with.

They installed 3 undermount sinks for me. The scheduling process was easy. They did a very good job with the work, taking care not to damage the countertops. They did have to come back to take care of a very minor leak, but did so quickly and without additional cost. I am very happy with the results.

Joe and Jason showed up in time. I told them what was going on and they dug right in to troubleshooting the source of the issue. They quickly found the source, swapped out the faulty components, explained the work they had done, cleaned everything up, and pulled out the driveway of a happy customer. 100% calling Cary plumbing again if I have any issues.

I was notified of a water leak on my side of the residence and when I called Benjamin Plumbing the response, diagnostic and repair was completed very quickly. Service was courteous and professional. Rooter and Sons had an appointment available in short notice, which saved me from my panic. Their dispatcher could not give pricing over the phone, but they were available to come out quickly enough so it started with an element of faith. They sent email and text reminder for the appointment and a technician tracker when he was on the way, so their organization and communication is pretty strong.

The provider, Eric Murphy arrived on-time, literally at the beginning of the arrival window, if not a few minutes early. He was super nice, answered questions and gave me a few pointers to take care of my plumbing fixtures.

Pricing was okay. They price by the job, and not by the hour. It was slightly more than I had expected, but not way out of bounds. We had talked about everything before starting work, so nothing was a surprise. I had called alot of plumbers earlier for quotes, and they were comparable. If everything works out the with no issues / surprises / leaks, which I think it will, then its well worth it. Whats an extra $25-50 when all you want is to not have to replace your kitchen floor from some silly leak. (like I am literally doing right now) I've saved them in my phone, I would use them again, and I'd recommend them to my neighbors.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
