Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

The professional service along with the patient and honest explanation of what was wrong with my water heater was top-notch. Waite Plumbing is fantastic! My main water line was replaced with a clear plan and timeline. They sent texts to let me know about my appointments and billing. I knew my yard would be torn up but their crew was neat about it and filled and packed the dirt back in. (Picture of the area of dig/line.) My previous plumbing co (used and liked for about 5 years) quoted the job but was not confident to do the job. Waite is now my company! They handled everything, 811 and town permitting. Special thanks to Aaron for fixing a water pressure issue in my main bath (the value would leak for me if adjusted) when I inquired about including it in the quote. He ran back to his truck and did it on the spot. Skilled and kind people. Fair pricing. Mike, the owner, runs an exceptional business. Everyone on the job was savvy and also happy to do the work.

The service they performed was way beyond the scope of a standard plumber. I had roots from a tree breaking through my drainage pipe outside and completely clogging over four feet of the drain. Glen organized the removal of the tree and worked tirelessly with his coworkers to dig out the large root until they were able to remove and replace the clogged pipe. They got my plumbing working and the outside area cleaned up in what seemed like record time (two days when I feared it would take weeks to do what they did). It was a very difficult and labor intensive job for them, and they made it as easy for me as possible. Thank you all for your hard work!

I do not normally give ratings, but these folks were very professional and responsive. Called at 8:30 that my water heater was dead and they had a new one installed with modifications made to fit the new size by 3:00 the same day. Liked that everything was done paperless. I would use them again.
