I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Could not be more pleased!!! After contacting several local plumbing companies, I decided to go with Joseph! We were so blessed that we did!!
We had an odd situation with our dishwasher. The wrong size pipe had been installed. Due to it being such an odd size, Joseph had to order a special tool just to work on this pipe. (no supply shop had it either, it was a weird size that could only be special ordered)
He ordered the tool and came back as soon as he received it. He did not charge us any extra for having to order this specialty tool nor did he charge us any extra for having to come back. I have been 'nickled & dimed' with other companies, but not with Golden Rule!!!
Thank you so much for a job well done. I will be referring you to everyone I know. I am so blessed to have found a great, knowledgeable, and HONEST plumber!!!!

We had a leaking water heater in the garage and we called around to a few places and finally found these guys! Will with Fuller Services came out to my home and diagnosed the water heater issue as a leak that was not repairable. He and his team quickly got us an estimate that was very reasonable, after agreeing to the estimate, the Fuller team began putting in a new water heater for us and in no time we had hot water again! These guys are fast, reliable, and on time! Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a great plumber!

Appointment process was not great, but the plumber was excellent. He diagnosed, gave me a realistic price, then performed the work in a professional manner. A major plus: he did NOT try to upsell me.

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!
