They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. Your pricing method requires serious modification that adjusts for time spent by the technician. Before any work began, I was quoted $425 to unclog the drain.Removing the clog in my bathroom drain required approximately 15 minutes of the technician's time. The charge was $376.25 (including a $75 coupon via website). This charge is in contrast to a previous job by this same technician that required a full day's work for which the charge was $700+. I will NEVER recommend Roto-Rooter based on their price gouging methodology.

Very professional, highly skilled, polite, and courteous. Removed sketchy above ground well pump and installed a submersible pump. Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

Timely diagnosis of our issue, unfortunately the main issue was not a plumbing one

Progressive Service Company sent Jeremy F and Uros to install a dishwasher that I purchased from Lowes Home Improvement. They were awesome! First they were personable and you could sense they enjoyed their work. They worked accurately and efficiently while communicating what needed to be done with a sense of humor. All tasks were completed in a timely fashion and when they finished the worksite was cleaned. The new dishwasher is placed perfectly. It was a seamless installation. Really they were awesome.
