Great group: Super knowledgeable, fast, helpful. The quoted price was reasonable. When they arrived, the job was easier, and they adjusted the price accordingly. They're part of Full Stack Plumbing, and I'll be using them again.

Not a terrible experience, but won't call again. Had Golden Rule come out a while back to fix a few different issues. Scheduling was fast and easy enough. Guys were friendly. Got the normal warnings to fix some potential items, but were not pushy about any of it. The problems I had with the service were minor, but added up.
Turns out the work was not under warranty due to some specific issues. You probably won't run into the same problem. Then the price was around 30% higher than originally quoted, again due to some trouble that they ran into. Understandable, but of course not great. Work was done outside, but guys didn't wear masks and were spitting off my driveway as I'm right next to them signing my receipts.
So you may or may not be bothered by any of that. For me, there are too many other plumbers around to try Golden Rule again.

Terry and son saved the day! Our septic backed up for two days, and TCR fixed the problem within a few short hours. I wish I would've called them first, but I'll know for next time! Thanks guys.

We switched to a tankless system using Michael & Son about 6 months ago. The install team was amazing and made sure we had everything set the way we wanted it! Today we had our annual checkup with Jeremiah and everything is still looking and doing great! Jeremiah was very informative and made sure we were happy with the way the hot water heater timer was set and that it still met our needs. He also checked all the plumbing throughout the house. I feel Michael & Son has been the best decision we made for HVAC and plumbing, they are incredibly thorough and just have all around nice and well-informed technicians! Thanks Michael & Son!

I was struggling to find someone I felt comfortable doing business with. I had a plumber who had recently passed. I was referred to Westover plumbing, and immediately felt a genuine sense of professionalism and care. I had had no hot water for five days. The owner Glen came out and immediately set me at ease. He told me what needed to be done and I had a good feeling about him and his company. They installed a new natural gas tankless water heater system the next day. His technicians, Kyle, and Austin were just as professional and timely. Kyle was incredibly meticulous and made sure everything was just right. The next day Glen came out to make sure everything was up to standard, and that I had no additional concerns; it's great to work with people who really care about their business and customers I would highly recommend their services.

Herbert Gilmore did a great job under the house. It was a bit expensive (plumbing work seems to be). He was very professional and answered any questions we had. There was only one problem. When the drain line was being cut out, the vertical line from the bottom of the sink dropped about 4 inches to the floor. Luckily, it had an expandable section that held until after we tested the line by running some water. We noticed it the next day and were able to secure the drain and had no need to call for help. In all, it was a good experience.

Very professional and courteous. Explained issues and provided recommendations. Completed all work in an orderly and timely fashion.

Came out promptly the same day as my call. Had what I thought was a broken pipe... but Gary diagnosed a leakage from an upstairs appliance that was causing water to flow down outside of the appropriate drain pipe. I was able to fix that problem.Then he quickly repaired a broken sillcock in about 5 minutes! Wonderful plumber with reasonable prices. I highly recommend these guys!Raleigh homeowner, June 2016
