Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

The service they performed was way beyond the scope of a standard plumber. I had roots from a tree breaking through my drainage pipe outside and completely clogging over four feet of the drain. Glen organized the removal of the tree and worked tirelessly with his coworkers to dig out the large root until they were able to remove and replace the clogged pipe. They got my plumbing working and the outside area cleaned up in what seemed like record time (two days when I feared it would take weeks to do what they did). It was a very difficult and labor intensive job for them, and they made it as easy for me as possible. Thank you all for your hard work!

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. I had a large flood from a busted pipe at the end of January. Edwin was referred to me by the mitigation team. I can't say enough good things about Edwin. He stopped what he was doing to come ASAP, repaired the source of the leak so that water could be turned back on and then came back the next morning to fix a pressure gauge and install an emergency shutoff valve in the house. He was kind, professional, and honest and the contractors applauded his work.
