Horrible customer service. They fixed one problem but created another problem. Would not return my calls. Don't waste your money.

Jayk's saved me $1700.00. I had an initial plumber tell me I needed $2000.00 worth of work done. Luckily I called Jayk's they recommend a repair instead of a total replacement. Thanks for everything.

The plumber arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and used an auger to remove a clog in the toilet system. I appreciate the quick service.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Provided very professional and prompt service. I was provided a quote over the phone after providing pictures of the repair I needed. The repair was completed and I was informed of everything that was needed to complete the repair as well as a detailed explanation about the cause of the leak. They even provided pictures of the repair without a request from me, which I was grateful for as the work was done under my home. The best part about the service was that the final bill came in well under the original quote. I will definitely contact Golden Rule Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs.

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Honest, fair pricing and great service. Had a great experiencing with Tracy. The charged me LESS than 1/3 the price of Roto Rooter, lol. The toilet repair cost me $169.00, rather than the $610 dollar estimate from Roto Rooter just the day before. Midtown Plumbing is honest. Highly recommended.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

During an emergency call, we were told by another plumber that we needed a new pressure reducing valve. My gut told me to do my research, and I'm glad I did. Waite offered the best price of the 3 plumbers I called, accommodated a last minute schedule change to our appointment, and to top it off, they got here and discovered that we did not in fact need the new part. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and willingness to accommodate us. It's great to know there are businesses out there that are looking out for their clients.

Was not able to land a job with the company but was hired by a larger company one week later

They were on time - an hour early, even, which was great (they called first to make sure it was ok). Ian was friendly and efficient, and just did what needed to be done without trying to make it out to be a bigger problem than it was (we just needed a new capacitor - a completely normal problem). Labor price was great, part price was typical. I would definitely hire them again. This was from their Wake County office. (I think they also have one in Fayetteville.)

The sole caveat - I called a bit too early (7:30am) and got their 24/7 answering service. The operator took my information with a promise they'd call me back when they got in. I didn't hear back for a few hours, so I called again (around 11:30am) . This time I got one of their usual employees and got the appointment scheduled right away. (I suspect I would have heard back eventually had I been more patient, but who knows.) Ergo, I'd suggest calling after 8am unless it's an emergency.

My girlfriend absolutely wrecked my garbage disposal in an unfortunate culinary misadventure. I was certain that I was going to be on the hook for a costly replacement. However, I got in touch with Peaches Plumbing and they showed up to diagnose and fix the issue within 24 hours. They were prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

And... I've saved their number for the next time my girlfriend cyclones through my kitchen.
