Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Travis was great. He came on a Saturday of Memorial weekend because Friday was rained out. He was right on time. Was careful to put booties on his feet to protect our wood floors. He got right to it and found the problem troubleshooting the system one part at a time. Once the repair was complete, he moved on to perform our twice-yearly maintenance. Travis was professional, pleasant to speak with and just an all-around great representation of what we have known Air Experts for. He also was sure to let me know they do plumbing work now, which I did not know. I'll always trust Air Experts for all my hvac needs and you should as well.

Dave was very professional and nice. He is reasonably priced and will tell you the truth about your plumbing problem, walk you through the problem, and show you the problem. I will definitely use him again in the future for any plumbing problems.

The customer service at Poole’s plumbing is exceptional. Quick response time, friendly and professional. As far as I can tell, they did a great job installing my recirculation pump and also did a good job explaining the system to me. I will definitely have them come back in the future.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
