Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

We had an amazing experience! Called in the morning with immediate need to install a new hot water heater - and they were there in the afternoon. They were professional, courteous and did excellent work. Best of all, he charged exactly what his estimate was. Will absolutely use again!

We have used the services of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice - most recently this morning.
Chris did an excellent job in solving and fixing the intermittent problems we've been having with shower and toilet stoppages.
He also volunteered to take care of a minor plumbing issue not related to the service call.
I can't say enough good things about Chris and Joe, who came out previously, and their professionalism. We will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs we might have.

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I had some questions about dehumidifying my home and spoke with Kevin from Cape Fear. He was very thorough in explaining my options, the issues I was facing, and the issues underlying THOSE issues. I was really impressed, especially since Cape Fear isn't a Carrier dealer (I have a Carrier AC unit that was the root cause of the issue) and Kevin took his time making sure I understood even knowing it might not make the company money. Using his advice, I was able to identify and fix the problem. Great company! I'll be looking into a Trane when my current unit goes :-)

Very good experience with Scott. Didn't have to wait the whole 4 hrs. Scott was very professional. Explained the problem and how to prevent future problems with my garbage disposal.

Keith at PlumbV did an amazing job. He thoughtfully made install decisions for our brand new gas line, and toilets. Quality results, down to the small details. I don’t like the feeling when I wonder if I could have done a better job myself—never had that thought with these guys. True professionals.

Of special note: Keith and PlumbV happily adapted to a quick change request on the job when we realized the toilets we ordered weren’t exactly what we wanted. Keith was able to work on other projects we had targeted that day while my wife went to grab new toilets from the store (Keith’s idea, see thoughtful).
