Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Mike P was professional, congenial, and did a great job of diagnosing and giving remediation advice on my heating system. When servicing the heating system, he found that there were moisture issues. He performed the remediation carefully and with attention to detail, moving along, but not rushing, as some seem to. I also want to throw in that Tammy, Pam and Ashlyn, the lovely people who have answered the phone and do the scheduling are also easy to work with. What a well-run outfit. Thanks to all.

I had been doing business with Newcomb for 33 years. I bought all my AC / Heating units from them and had a yearly contract for inspection twice a year. Last Dec 19, 2018 ?, i found that half of my down stairs was warm and the other half was cold. I knew what had happened, one of the trunk lines had come off the distribution box. I called service explaining the problem, the service call person did not understand ???? They sent a service person the next day, upon inspection inform me that my distribution box was disintegrating and the trunk line could not be hooked back up. I would have to make an appointment with the sales dept to schedule an estimate to replace my duct work. It is Dec 19th!!!!
I was so angry that they did not even try to to band-Aid the system to get me through Christmas. If they had I probable would have bought the new duck work thinking they were taking care of a 33 year customer.
I called a friend that night that is in the Heat & AC business and explained the situation. He was there the next day, connected a new 4 ft trunk line to my distribution box and said the box was fine!!! Charged my $0, Newcomb charged me $85 for what?
Here it is 7/31/19 all is well with my system.

Edwin Lazo has answered my distress call twice in the past 8 months. He has always been prompt, courteous and provided excellent plumbing services. The last service call had him digging and moving 20 feet of water lines during a pouring driving rainstorm. He maintained his usual cheerful attitude the entire time. Mr. Lazo is my go-to plumber. He is simply the best.

from start to finish these folks are pro's they came out on a weekend to fix our air conditioning and we were SOLD. we scheduled our heat evaluation for winter and the guys and team were prompt, courteous and thorough. as long as we are in Raleigh/Triangle area this is OUR company for heating and cooling.

I have had Rural make a few repairs (HVAC and Plumbing) and then a full heatpump replacement over the past 10 years I have been in my home. They are organized and easy to deal with. I have shopped their price and they have always been competitive.

Great experience. On time, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Identified the problem and resolved VERY quickly for reasonable price. Offered me additional suggestions for better hot water use. Would highly recommend.

Great company did great work

I had been having a very difficult time with HVAC contractors making band aid repairs every year or so to the HVAC system in my home. I answered a small ad that Sonny's had placed in the Virginian Pilot classifieds and ultimately purchased a brand new heat pump and air handler from them in 2012.

My entire system has worked perfectly from day 1 and kept me warm through the brutal winter of 2015. I have no complaints; Sonny's was (and still is) honest, fair, and their prices are reasonable.

I have Sonny's maintain my system and their servicemen are timely, courteous, and clean.

Steve is a good plumber good people been knowing him for to long good worker.

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee
