We purchased a new stove and needed a gas line installed. When we contacted The Art of Plumbing, they were able to estimate the cost by communicating via texts. Other companies did not want to provide a quote without visiting our home. The quote from The Art of Plumbing was the most appealing. They gave me a quote that was over $1000 less! Denis showed up on time, worked hard, had a great attitude, was polite, and courteous! I would recommend these guys to anyone! We smelled gas in our water heater area and asked for William Parrish Plumbing to check it out. They advised on the placement of the carbon monoxide detector and let us know that the door to our water heater had to be left open for proper ventilation of the water heater area. The serviceman refused payment for the site visit, and left before I was able to run a tip out to him. They were extremely helpful and we will be calling in them should we have any additional concerns since they are certified in gas, which many plumbers aren’t.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

My technician, Rich was very professional. He fixed the problems with my toilets in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him and the company.

CK's Plumbing provided excellent customer service. The installation crew of Chris and Ray were hard working and so personable! They were certainly one of the best service crews that we have had at our office. They went above and beyond to get the job done.

This is a great company! Shawn did a full repipe of our home to remove the old and defective Polybutylene pipes. He did amazing work and was able to get the job done in a very timely manner. I can not recommend Optimal Plumbing Solutions enough!

Finding a consistently good plumber is a great thing. We just installed a Rinnai hot water system, and a Halo 5 water filter on our 10-yr -old house. We love working with Will who is both imminently qualified and patient as we learn the new technology. We also had the plumbing home inspection, and caught a number of problems before they presented while we had family visiting. Will is proactive, practical and wise in his recommendations. It is our hope to stay with Will and CK for the future. I recommend them both highly.

Met Anthony through our home warranty with Old Republic when our kitchen sink stopped draining. Can’t say enough about this guy. He came in, assessed the issue, and delivered a fantastic repair. His work is quality and he was spot on with what needed to be done. We had three plumbers come out before him to get a balanced quote and he was the most honest and forthcoming with what was necessary to get the sink working again. Highly recommend!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
