I called RTP Plumbing because we had the shower head gooseneck break off, leaving us without a working shower and a tough repair. RTP came with high marks from NextDoor so I called. They made an appointment for the next day, in the weekend, and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! Friendly, professional, and great value! I strongly recommend RTP Plumbing!

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Jayk came to my new home in a pinch and saved my home closing date. He is smart, friendly, and efficient. He quickly determined that someone had not turned the main water valve on all the way. I offered to pay him but he refused money, asking only that I leave a positive review. HONEST, GOOD MAN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!! Will use Jayk for all future needs.

Chris was right on time and very friendly/professional. Service was performed with high quality and very efficiently. Chris was obviously quite knowledgeable and the office staff were very helpful.

The technician came out wearing a face mask, gloves and booties. I have had several repairmen in my home over the last two weeks. He was the only one wearing protective gear. I greatly appreciate the respect for my health. He described all that was wrong and needed to be repaired immediately. We installed new parts and was gone as quickly as he came. Extremely satisfied with Piedmont Plumbing and highly recommend them! We awoke to no water after the low temperatures hit our area. We assumed it was frozen pipes under the house and contacted several plumbers for assistance. All of them were booked due to several homes having frozen pipes. We called Wes at Piedmont Plumbing and although he was busy himself, he made time to fit us in the next day. He found the frozen pipe and was extremely professional! Eugene and crew had a competitive bid and did a great job! They installed a tankless water heater - and it works perfectly. I appreciate that they were willing to work with me on locating the unit to provide space for other equipment - Other bidders would only provide the installation approach they had used before.

Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!
