Best Repair Heat Pump in Raleigh NC

Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

Joe was always punctual, polite and considerate. He and Chris worked in my home for four days changing all the pipes. They did a great job. I later hired Joe to run a gas line for my new stove. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Not a terrible experience, but won't call again. Had Golden Rule come out a while back to fix a few different issues. Scheduling was fast and easy enough. Guys were friendly. Got the normal warnings to fix some potential items, but were not pushy about any of it. The problems I had with the service were minor, but added up.
Turns out the work was not under warranty due to some specific issues. You probably won't run into the same problem. Then the price was around 30% higher than originally quoted, again due to some trouble that they ran into. Understandable, but of course not great. Work was done outside, but guys didn't wear masks and were spitting off my driveway as I'm right next to them signing my receipts.
So you may or may not be bothered by any of that. For me, there are too many other plumbers around to try Golden Rule again.

I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! Every step of my interactions with Midtown was a refreshing change of pace from my experience with any other trade company. It's super easy to schedule an appointment whether you call or use the website (if you call, someone actually picks up the phone!) Jason was assigned to repair our leaky faucet and shower head and took the time to explain everything to me, walked through our options and told us what to expect. He and the rest of the Midtown crew exemplified professionalism and doing business the right way from top to bottom. We'll be using Midtown for anything plumbing related from here on out and recommending all our friends do the same.

Second he was professional, wore his mask and booties upon entering my home. Third, once he started the job, he did not make me feel, like I was getting a rush job. In conclusion, I am very pleased with his finished work and any work, I have in the future, I would like him to complete the job.

I highly recommend Cape Fear for HVAC repair and installation. This is my second time using these guys for an HVAC install (2 different houses). The project manager, Michael was professional, timely, and listened to what I wanted vs pushing a product that he wanted me to buy. The technicians, Jason and Dennis were also on time and very professional. I have two HVAC units. One was installed by another big name HVAC company and one by Cape Fear. There is a significant difference in the quality of install by Cape Fear! I wish I could include pictures to show the difference. Thanks Cape Fear for a quality job.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
