Best Remodeling in Raleigh NC

In the middle of a cold snap, I get a sewer backup. Jayk was the only one who would respond after what had probably been a long cold day. Instead of ending his workday, he added one more stop, in the cold and dark, he fixed the issue. To top it all off, he was beyond nice. Highly recommend him!

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

I'm really lucky I've discovered the Art of Plumbing team here in Raleigh. It's so difficult to find a real experienced and responsible plumber here in the area. We had a lot to do in our old house kitchen (instead of move-in house we accidentally bought ourselves a project last month and now all we're doing is solving problems - some of them is plumbing related). Eugene and Dan did the job professionally: precise, polite, responsible, with attention to details. Very reasonably priced. I couldn't wish for more. 5 stars, guys. Thanks a lot! A caution: they don’t tell you about it till its time to pay, but there is a 100$ estimate chare. Also their estimates are way overpriced.

They were supposed to fix my toilet in my bathroom however 3 weeks later is leaking again in the same spot had to call Roto-Rooter

I waited until 5 minutes before the end of the 2 hour arrival window with no one showing up, so I called. The lady on the phone then tells me they're running at least an hour late. I didn't get any notifications or calls from anyone about this. I understand that they can fall behind but they need to notify customers of that, not just leave them hanging. They have an automated email system so they already have the technology. I will give my business to a company that respects their commitments and doesn't waste my time.

We just got our water heater replaced by PlumbV, and it went very smoothly. We even got next-day service! So pleased!

My water heater went out and I needed it replaced ASAP. Axis had an availability immediately and came out to replace it. Mike did an amazing job, even with the insanely hot weather. He communicated with me what needed to be done and was very determined to finish it in one day!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

What luck to have our water heater start leaking days before a major hurricane. We called Carolina Plumbing at 8am, by 11am they had a brand new water heater installed. Our installer, Tim, was patient and was quick to answer questions. We are grateful they were able to get our new water heater installed before the hurricane.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

My wife called me and said the HVAC wasn't working. I called three reputable companies which had a backlog of a day to a few days for their service technicians. N&C told me they could dispatch someone in 20 minutes, so I went ahead with it. $103 for the diagnostics, catastrophically failed capacitor which damaged my contactor within the outdoor AC unit. The service tech replaced those components, then showed me how to clean the coils and a few other maintenance tips. He checked the refrigerant levels and did a quick leak detection inside the condenser coil, then recharged the system. It hasn't been recharged since we moved into the house 8 years ago so it was due. It's cooling well now, and some tips the service tech gave me will aid me in deciding when to pull the trigger on a new system (its 20 years old). At this point, I would recommend them based on my service tech experience and knowledge. I can not comment on the installers. They did mark up the components a bit, but it's understandable as they have to make money as well.

I had a kitchen and bathroom remodel done by them. The new vanity and shower look amazing and work flawlessly. The kitchen looks very modern and was finished in a timely manner. Greats people to work with. Highly recommend
