Best Remodeling in Raleigh NC

Our toilet in our half bath was leaking around the base. I tried getting in touch with other plumbers for weeks and they all flaked out on us. I called Jayk's this morning and they were out the same day to fix it! The price couldn't be beat either. I'll definitely be calling them again next time we need a plumber.

I had a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed. Joe. Stokes was the installer for this project. He was very professional and neat by using shoe covers, using a drop cloth in the work area and pointing out where additional issues that would soon require attention. He was able to make these repairs which saved another service call. Joe is definitely an asset to this company.

We were very pleased with the service given by this company and the workers themselves. They were courteous, on time, and communicated well over the phone. When they arrived the explained everything they were going to do and why, told us the cost in advance, and finished quickly and quietly. They went the extra mile to get everything right, even searching diligently for the water shutoff valve, which was buried under a bunch of leaves in our front yard (and suggested a remedy so we wouldn't have to hunt for it in an emergency). They also took the time to tell me other things about the state of my water system, water pressure, and the equipment they just installed. Wonderful job, and much appreciated.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had a sump pump burn out early in the am. I called Roto-Rooter around 7 and they were here by 9 a.m. It was New Year's Eve and I was really stressed about the possibility of flooding without the sump pump.John came, diagnosed the problem and dealt with it in a timely fashion and with a good attitude. I REALLY appreciated being able to call Roto-Rooter in our time of need. We were able to peacefully enjoy the beginning of the new year.Just in case John gets any benefit for his efforts from Roto-Rooter, his employee # is 3956.Thanks John!

They did a good job, get a price before you get the work done I asked for a discount after my work was complete because they charged me for two men working when one man could have done the job.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Always good and reliable service.....very prompt....always calls to let you know when they will arrive.....highly recommend !
