Juan was truly awesome. He was professional, and he carefully determined the problem before offering possible solutions. After determining the best option and explaining it in detail, he got to work and ensured everything was working properly upon completion. He also made sure I was present to confirm that everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Michael & Son (and Juan, especially!) for anyone’s plumbing needs.

The company was quick and responsive with their customers. I was able to schedule someone to come out within a week. Calieb was my serviceman and he was able to quickly diagnose why my toilet was leaking. He fixed the issue and explained to me what was going on every step of the way. After he was done he cleaned up and we were done! They charged me a decent amount for the work and I was satisfied! I enjoyed working with this company because they made everything easy. Will definitely use them again.

We were in contact with Axis as part of a restoration project. They did a great job on that so we used them again when we found that the connector to the ice maker was needing repair. They are professional, knowledgeable, good people. We will use them again for plumbing services.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

New house, construction left PVC pipe fragments in sewage line causing our discharge to back up into bathtub. Panicked we called Roto-Rooter and Travis responded within the hour on a Sunday and worked diligently until obstruction was shattered and cleared. Big relief on our part and Travis could not be more friendly and hardworking, definitely glad I called them, and make sure to ask for Travis C.

I have used Carolina Plumbing for major and minor plumbing service and repairs. I was very pleased with their professionalism, skill and workmanship. They were timely and reliable, and their cost was very pleasingly within budget for the work that was performed. Most recently I had an emergency repair, and they were my first call. They showed up asap, and the repair got me back up and running, and they did not soak me on the bill. Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Linwood and Graham did a great job repairing the shower in my son's room. It took 4 hours but neither one got frustrated -- they were calm and patient. Thank you!
