TCR plumbing is the best! Fair price and great friendly service. I would recommend their work to anyone. I had a plumbing emergency last week during the Holidays. Terry and crew came out and had me up and running that day. Just in time for family coming into town. Terry and team have been very friendly and accommodating. They quoted a fair price and I would use them again in the future. TCR rocks!

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Jorge came and did a very nice job finishing the electrical work, repairing the doorbell and installing an outlet on our back porch.Nick Blanton did a thorough assessment of our plumbing needs, replacing a couple leaky toilets parts. I look forward the new kitchen faucet and shutoff valves that he’ll install later.Nicholas Carter took 50 pics to assess our 19 year old HVAC so we could see the problem areas and Kevin Melendez then followed up with getting a new system written up for us along with an excellent payment plan.Shawn Cox installed the new HVAC system and explained how it functioned along with the new thermostat and sensor.I highly recommend these men as service providers. They were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and patient in answering all our questions.

Brandon and his helper were professional courteous and efficient. They arrived on time and completed my a/c checkup thoroughly. When finished, Brandon explained numerous options to keep my system in good order and what parts, service it might need in the future. A good experience.

Brian came to my flooded basement around 10 pm on our last below freezing Friday night. He checked everything thoroughly and figured out how to diagnose the source of the problem creatively. (There were no burst pipes.) Brian's attention to detail and diagnosis allowed me to peacefully turn back on my downstairs heat for the night. When he finished the job on Saturday morning, I knew I had a star for a plumber!

We have been customers of Newcomb for over 10 years, at a time when they were not as well known, or actively advertising as they are now. Each year we have loyally purchased service contracts with them to have them maintain our units and avoid issues. Last year we needed two new units, and after shopping around, decided to stay with Newcomb for the new purchase and installation, even though they were not the best price. We had been happy with their service and thought that loyalty was more important than just price. Now we are having an issue with the thermastat on one of the units which is just one month out of warranty, and we have found that loyalty does not run both ways. They indicated they would charge us a $98.00 service fee (that's with the service contract, I can't imagine what it would be without) just to look at the thermastat and determine the problem. Don't be fooled folks, business is business and once a company gets large and doesn't need yours anymore there are no extensions or courtesies, even for the long time customer. Shop for price and don't expect any leeway, loyalty, or old school service. It doesn't exist at Newcomb.

Had four new faucets to be installed, plus needed new piping for each, and a tub drip to be fixed. Jake was very professional, listening/addressing my concerns and knowledgeable, explaining the work to be done. He was nice to have around during the work. Andrew was very prompt in emailing before and after the work. I would definitely recommend Your Service Pro of NC.
