Wes is the best. Respectful of cleaning up behind his repairs. On time, which is a major plus to me. He went the extra mile and helped with additional needs within just a couple of days. I highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

Needed a pressure reducing valve installed and Jose was great. Figured out the problem and had it installed in no time. Also got a leaky toilet fixed up while he was out. Jayk's did my hot water heater last year too and I'll be coming back to them for the next plumbing issue.

We worked with Joe on many complicated plumbing projects in our house. He was so great to work with. Knowledge and profession. Can’t thank him enough for all the time he dedicated to fixing leaks, clogs and helping us with a DIY bathroom remodel. Chris was also present on many of the jobs and equally a great to work with We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again in the future!

The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. I’ve had positive and easy experiences with Service Experts so far. I originally called when my HVAC was struggling and we were worried we’d have to replace it. We didn’t, but signed up for a maintenance plan. They explain the options to you but don’t push to upsell you. Alexander was just out for our annual maintenance, and he was on time (actually early), friendly and professional. Even changed the filter for me. Good service, no hassles.

Very unprofessional and not responsible at all. Very rude. Technician have fooled us and charged very big amount without performing any repair work. They take the money and disappear. This company charge very high .. stay away from this company. There are better HVAC repair companies out there. These guys needs to improve the service quality, be more transparent and stop telling the false information. Not trustworthy at all and do not care about the customers. At this point Zero customer satisfaction. Not recommended.

Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

Called Eugene about getting a water heater replaced, and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone after texting him pictures of the existing installation and dimensions of the space where the heater is located. Quote included removing the old water heater and the new one.
Crew was friendly and professional and completed the work within their promised time frame

Joe Stokes did a fantastic job fixing my toilet. I called at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and they said someone would arrive at noon, 11:55 Joe arrived, impressive. I have been a customer of Schwartz Plumbing for many years and appreciate their good customer service.

Called them for a water heater issue, they came out. Gave me a diagnostic, no charge at all and gave me a solution. They came and installed the new system today.

Josh and his crew helped us out when we discovered the gas line to our oven was improperly installed. Josh was very easy to work with, personable, up-front, fair, and responsive. That means a lot! I can tell he cares about his customers and doing a good job. Thank you, Josh! (But... if he promises you a loaf of homemade bread, don't hold your breath!)
