Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater. Additionally, “Golden Rule Plumbing Services” charges fair and reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

I called the Art of Plumbing to get a quote replacing a kitchen faucet . I already having about half a dozen quote from $80- $150. for labors only.
this guy charging $250 , I asked him why $250 ...... buyer be aware.

The team was professional and on time. The repaired my shower quickly and discovered the reason for the leak was due to the subfloor not being cut far enough back away from the drain. This caused a micro leak that took years to build up in my dining room ceiling. They took extra time to cut out the sub floor properly to ensure the leak wouldn’t occur again down the road. While here they also discovered my water pressure regulator had completely stopped working and I was receiving 110psi in my house and repaired that issue as well. The guys were friendly and professional. I highly recommend based on my experience with them.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious. He found the ring and tirelessly worked for two hours until he did. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!! Support local business and call Ken!

Had a clogged drain line with the unfortunate timing of being the week of Thanksgiving. The technician was nice and professional, but quoted and charged $568 dollars to unclog the line. It took less than an hour to complete the work. The pricing is outrageous and I never would have considered it if not for the timing with Thanksgiving and family coming into town. $568 for an hours time and a very simple fix. You can rent the same snake auger for $55 and have it done in the same amount of time. I will never call them again and would never consider recommending them for anyone else, will only warn of their outrageous pricing.Edit:I sent email as instructed in their reply. Received thisWill,I have submitted a formal complaint to the General Manager in Raleigh, Adam Davis.  You can expect to hear from a member of his management staff shortly.This was three weeks ago. Never heard anything else.

I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Brad came right out to give us a full estimate, then came and did the work the next day. The quote was what we payed. We were very pleased with the quality of his work. He guaranteed his work and use's quality materials and pays attention to the small details. We would highly recommend him.

My wife called me and said the HVAC wasn't working. I called three reputable companies which had a backlog of a day to a few days for their service technicians. N&C told me they could dispatch someone in 20 minutes, so I went ahead with it. $103 for the diagnostics, catastrophically failed capacitor which damaged my contactor within the outdoor AC unit. The service tech replaced those components, then showed me how to clean the coils and a few other maintenance tips. He checked the refrigerant levels and did a quick leak detection inside the condenser coil, then recharged the system. It hasn't been recharged since we moved into the house 8 years ago so it was due. It's cooling well now, and some tips the service tech gave me will aid me in deciding when to pull the trigger on a new system (its 20 years old). At this point, I would recommend them based on my service tech experience and knowledge. I can not comment on the installers. They did mark up the components a bit, but it's understandable as they have to make money as well.
