When my water heater died on the weekend, I searched for local plumbers and was happy to find Golden Rule Plumbing. Joseph took time out of his Sunday to give me an estimate and schedule me for first thing Monday morning. Very professional and what I believe to be above and beyond service. I highly recommend!

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

Wow! A+++++++++Woke up this Saturday morning to discovered my hot water heater was pouring water into my crawl space. Panic set in and I started calling plumbers. After a few failed attempts, I thankfully found William. William came out within 45 minutes of my initial call. Unfortunately, it was discovered this wasn’t a quick fix. Not only was my old hot water heater a total loss, but due to work I recently had done in my crawl space, the hot water heater had to be relocated to a completely different space as well. William was calm, cool, good-natured and reassuring. He answered every question I had with a smile. William had the work completed within 3 hours for a very fair price.I have had a lot of work done on my home this year. I can’t begin to express how hard it is to find competent professionals especially in an urgent situation on the weekend. William far exceeded my expectations. I will most definitely be using William Parrish Plumbing for future projects.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious. He found the ring and tirelessly worked for two hours until he did. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!! Support local business and call Ken!

I'm a superintendent for a commercial general contractor, and while remodeling a bank we had a sewege back up in the middle of the night. David Guin (tech#2379) arrived promptly, and cleared the drain in a timely manner. As an added bonus, he stuck around and helped me clean up the mess. In any case, I had a good experience with this company and would use them again.

My mother-in-law called to have someone come out and look over the plumbing in and around the house for leaks because she received an unusually high water bill of over $50. Typically she pays around $30. The gentleman came out and looked around the bathrooms and kitchen and then, without asking, replaced two floats in two toilets, which were fairly new and not leaking. He charged her $309.

My mother-in-law didn’t think the floats were the issue, but waited for the next water bill to make sure. She soon received the next month’s water bill of $908. Finally, a family member came over and after much looking under the house and anywhere there was a water supply line, they found a faucet in the back yard was on and the attached hose was leaking. They turned it off and the problem was solved. My mother-in-law called the plumbing company and spoke to a young lady and told her how the man replaced two good toilet floats, didn’t look around and how much he charged. The young lady basically said there was nothing she could do.

I called today and spoke to the office manager. I let him know what the service technician did when he came out and he said that if he would have talked to her, he would have come out and looked around. He also said for her to call and talk to him if she had another plumbing need. I told him my mother-in-law was a little gun-shy now of Carolina Plumbing and I didn’t think she would be calling them again.

My main frustration is that the service technician didn’t look around, didn’t ask where any supply lines or outside faucets might be or look under the house at all for water leaks. In my opinion, this isn’t good customer service and borders on taking advantage of someone who doesn’t understand plumbing.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Extremely responsive, reasonable, honest and effective. When the job proved much more involved and complex than initial assessments, Brad called in assistance for additional hands/tools/perspectives He also went above and beyond what was necessary to solve the problem in order to provide the optimal solution. The final result was a re-routing of the main drain for my 100 year-old house and I have tremendous confidence in the result, not only for the moment but for long-term service and maintenance. A true gentleman and a true professional.

I had a hot water heater emergency and a new hot water heater installation in the same 24 hours. Fortunate to have that handled so professionally and so quickly. I have worked with Bolton for 20 continuous years now, plumbing, electric, and hvac. They are clear about the proposals, and the work they need to do. And they always clean up after they are done! Billy and Brian and Emerson were great yesterday. Highly recommend!
