Called in the morning and they arrived at 3pm and fixed 2 major leaks under the house quickly, efficiently and very reasonable. Very hard to find a legit plumber and these guys are amazing and will not take advantage of you. Have recommended to all my family and friends....

Rob came out and fixed a leaking pipe and then came back out to flush a massive clog in the pipes. Awesome service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I called this company to come out and replace some bibs and run a new one to the back of my house. Also to replace a pressure valve. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Easy to schedule. Good communication of arrival time and execution of problem. Customer service was good. Just a bit expensive for caliber of problem. I might of shopped around for better pricing if I had the extra time.

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Our hot showers would randomly become cold for a couple of minutes before eventually going back to hot. I was also not getting hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. What started as a routine flushing and descaling of our tankless water heater--which the plumber was relatively sure would resolve the issue--became a three-visit financial gouging. The 473-dollar bill for the first day snowballed into $876 by the end of the third visit, as the plumber applied verbal, and possibly imaginary, coupons to replace parts that did not need to be replaced. In the end, the solution was a dip switch setting, which the plumber discovered while on the phone with the manufacturer's technical support.

Customers shouldn't be charged for repeated visits while the technician goes down a generic checklist that has nothing to do with the actual problem. Let the buyer beware!
