These guys are the best! After another plumber that I've used in the past didn't show a couple times I gave them a call and they came right out. They had everything they needed to fix our leak on hand and were very reasonably priced. I very highly recommend them!

This is our second time using Mid-Town plumbing. We had a soft water system put in. Matt spent the time to answer all my questions and presented options before we even decided to move forward.

On the day of, Matt and Jason arrived promptly at the scheduled time and installed everything with care and precision. They also explained how everything worked, never in this process did we feel rushed.

William Scott & Todd are great plumbers. They came out the very next day to address our water leaks in our three toilets and found a problem with our pressure valve. They explained everything to me very clearly, did the work in a timely manner, and were very courteous.They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work.

This is now my third time using Kyle and his team, so I can say with certainty that there is a consistency in reliability, punctuality, and excellent work. I honestly didn't even know the name of the company was called Pipe Dreams. I just got a name (Kyle) and number off numerous recommendations on Nextdoor. I texted Kyle for each separate job, which included installing multiple sinks and a toilet. Superior work on all jobs. Each work location was left spotless, and all sealant dried invisible as stated. Prices were more competitive than other places I originally called. Kyle and his team member Robbie are always super polite, friendly, and professional. (They were also very kind to my senior dog.) Super easy to schedule, via text no less. They showed up ON TIME, as in, there was a range Kyle gave, and his team member Robbie showed up at the earliest. Big shoutout especially to Robbie who handled all of the second job (sink and toilet installation). He explained the complicated pipe situation to me in pipes-for-dummies terms and did a very thorough job.

Ken from PlumbV came to our house last week to assure us that we needed the main water line from the meter to our house replaced. This was after we had another plumbing company come and came to that conclusion. There were no leaks in the house, so it must be the main water line. The other company's off the cuff estimate was very high so, I was definitely going to get others and one of my neighbors recommended PlumbV. Ken was very assuring and gave us a reasonable estimate, so we got on his calendar, which was sooner than our other company. Ken did the job very quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with Ken and PlumbV and now they are our go to plumber.

David responded to our call quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

From start to finish such a great job. Attention to detail was on point. Was done in a timely fashion and passed inspection very next day. I had a new sink installed with new plumbing required. I was worried after dealing with another company but these people know what they’re doing! Thank you!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

plumber Ken came to the rescue when the entire pipe fitting under a bathroom sink needed to be ripped out and installed from scratch. He diagnosed the situation and had the supplies on his truck to take care of the repair in a timely fashion. Five Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My old hot water heater leaked and flooded the basement. They came out on a Sunday - installed a new hot water heater and started water damage cleanup. Had some issues with the hot water heater but they finally resolved them. They do aa great job with the water damage. They contacted the insurance company and handled everything.

We’ve used 1800 plumbing-air two times. Derek was our technician both times. He is honest, punctual, kind, knowledgeable. Highest recommendation!

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Both technicians, Carter and Brian were extremely professional and confident of problem and how to fix.
Definitely will call upon Optimal for future plumbing needs.

Bolton’s service and expertise were excellent, and I have finally found someone who can work on my rather complex high efficiency HVAC system. The company that originally installed it (Newcomb) had made repeated repairs to the furnace each winter over the past few years, but never fixed the problem with the 3-speed fan ramping up to 100% too long and too often. Their last two technicians admitted to me they were not trained for that type of furnace after they spent about 6 of 7 charged hours in their truck making calls to their supervisor and waiting for him to return their calls to tell them what to try next. Curtis and Jerry found the problems, and it is working better than it has in years. All of their folks have been courteous and responsive.
