Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

This is a novel of a review, but the TL;DR version is...use Jayk’s!! They offer professional, quick, affordable and quality work!!!

A month ago, our toilet was leaking water from the base. I called a company that could come within the hour, let’s call them RR, and they sent a tech out. He was speedy, but all he did was replace the wax ring and reset the toilet.

Yesterday, the same issue occurred and I called RR, but they refused to honor the warranty on the work, which the technician assured me that we had before he left.

Later that evening, all hell broke broke loose after washing a load of clothes—sewage came spewing up from out shower, the second toilet in the house started leaking from the base, flooding the bathroom and a pipe under the house began leaking water.

I was desperate for a reliable and experienced plumber, and my father in law recommended Jayk’s, which he had heard about from a friend. I’m so thankful the recommendation!! Our appointment was today at 12, but luckily, he was able to get here sooner. After explaining the issue, he asked follow up questions to help diagnose the issue and began working on unclogging our main sewer drain. I was able to leave him to his work while I did other things around the house. He finished in about an hour or so and ran the washer and sinks to be sure everything was running clearly.

Unfortunately, RR did a botch job in reassembling our toilet, so he had to take a break and go purchase extra parts to fix it!! He was amazed at how poorly the job was done, as was I, since it was not a cheap fix.

Our plumbing is working beautifully now, there are no leaks, no sewer backups, the toilet is fixed properly and he left the bathroom clean. I’m so happy and recommend Jayk’s 100%.

Great customer service and the technician was knowledgeable in all the things I asked him about. Even recommended a company to redo the sheet rock in our ceiling. Especially, since we have a home warranty.

Had a big problem with water heater and Golden Rule came out and diagnosed immediately and made time to replace hot water tank w/in an hour. Professional and fast!

Great teamwork both these men have.
I could tell these men love their job.
Both of them were putting the unit together in the crawl space singing.
I was happy when they should us the finished work and how to operate it.

Unbelievable service, in a great way. My story is this guy came out on a Sunday to patch an urgent leak in my hot water tank. Didn't abuse my wallet for an off hour appointment, which he did NOT have to do. Cause all other companies were going to charge it. He was friendly, and the repair looks superb. Won't ever go anywhere else.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Kyle and his team was very helpful. They provided professional advise on how to repair issues with excellent service and very affordable pricing.

I’m so glad we found Mike! He was very easy to communicate with prior to coming to our house. He was a recommendation from my brother who also had him complete work.

We called him for an issue with 2 toilets in our house. Mike took the time to understand the issue, checked a bunch of different things and provided a thorough analysis of what he thought was going on. He was also willing to look at other plumbing issues while he was there! Can’t recommend him enough - he was professional, on time, easy to talk to, not pushy and thorough. We plan to use him for all future needs.

We called Mr. Fuller because he had done work for us before. This Time we called he came out to get measurements for a shower install. That was in April, we waited and called NO RESPONSE. On May 30 th. They called and said they would be out on June 1st. To get started at 10 Am. No call no show. Finally got ahold of them in FB messenger, we asked for a refund. So far no response to any calls or FB messenger messages. I called about a week ago got some one on the line finally after about a month. She said she would tell the owner to call me back, so far nothing. This is going on way to long. Not happy with them at all.

Great service, on time, and they were able to solve the issue and save us money over more expensive options. I would recommend them for sure.
