Got a quote from Golden Rule Plumbing and they not only located the leak, but also only fixed what was needed to be fixed for under $500. Just had a full HVAC system installed and everyone I interacted with had a great attitude and we pleasant to work with. The tricky thing with this company is the quoting/estimate process is very light on specifics in writing and I needed to push to even get model numbers for what systems my money would be buying. All other companies I got estimates from gave clear system specs.They offer a leasing plan and gave me a lease price and a buy price implying you get the same system, but on installation I found out that an in system air filter was not included since I didn't go with the lease.I reiterate, they did a great job, and everyone was easy to work with, just make sure you push for specifics if you contact them for a new system.

We have been with Bolton Service going on 26 years, and some Technicians are good and some are just ok, but Bill S. is GREAT ,AND NOW I HAVE FOUND A SECOND ONE THAT HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE ON THE LAST TWO VISITS Aaron S. he always goes beyond what any other Technician has ever done in the past. Aaron S.always explains things and the other day while working on the Outside AC unit he smelled Gas and I had to call DOMINION ENERGY to get a Technician out to fix the Leak, then Aaron found where the contacts on the relay was not making sound connection and was able to find a problem and fix it before it broke and would have caused more money and headaches.
I would like to have AARON S as my PM Technician from here on. AARON has a great work ethic and it seems like that is becoming more rare today.
