I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out. I highly recommend this company. The technician was professional, polite, and informative. A++

Not a terrible experience, but won't call again. Had Golden Rule come out a while back to fix a few different issues. Scheduling was fast and easy enough. Guys were friendly. Got the normal warnings to fix some potential items, but were not pushy about any of it. The problems I had with the service were minor, but added up.
Turns out the work was not under warranty due to some specific issues. You probably won't run into the same problem. Then the price was around 30% higher than originally quoted, again due to some trouble that they ran into. Understandable, but of course not great. Work was done outside, but guys didn't wear masks and were spitting off my driveway as I'm right next to them signing my receipts.
So you may or may not be bothered by any of that. For me, there are too many other plumbers around to try Golden Rule again.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. Amazing service, very professional

Blanton Plumbing was an excellent choice for our home project! They were here early daily and worked hard keeping my partner and I abreast of the project from behinning to end. They came with plans and Justin and Nick were able to tell us what goals they had for each day. My partner was so impressed during the interviewing he had actual hired them before I got home!! Mike gave them problems we had with the kitchen sink and it was resolved in less than 30 seconds. Then he told Nick about the toilets running and he fixed that too. We are very pleased with their service and look forward to working with Blantons.!!!! Our pipes are beautifully done and working Great! We highly recommend them. Great work guys!!!!

I had a difficult repair to be made when the sewer line from my house completely failed. Cary Plumbing rejected the business, so did Pipetechs and Waco. But Bolton was willing to work with me, provide advice, recommend a solution, and then deliver as promised on an extremely reasonable budgeted quotation. Great management by Brian. Great field service by Billy. They have earned my future business.

We had another excellent, professional experience with Newcomb and Co. today to install a valve that is required for a new dishwasher. Linwood also helped me check on an ice-maker water supply that was not working and did so without charge.

Newcomb has helped us for more than a decade while living in Raleigh and we have reached out to them for assistance in our downsized house in Durham.
